All the communications with all the staff were prompt with a friendly and helpful tone. They will offer all that they can to ensure a great stay in Batam. The location and the views were fantastic.

The room was newly renovated . We were first to check in into this room. Everything was new .Requested additional bed before check in but was out due to peak season. Was offered a room with sofa bed. Host was friendly. Super convenient location. Recommended.

SingaporeNothing that I didn't particularly like, but perhaps more pillows and a change of towels and foot rugs would have been better, however, this is not as issue with MESA as I didn't request for these anyway as I was only staying for 2 days.
I booked this accomodation at the very last minute as I had issues with my original accomodation (unrelated to MESA). I called in to confirm my stay as I was a bit desperate for a place to stay, and Eddy came to pick us up within 5 minutes! This apartment was perfect for my short stay as it had everything I needed. The location is perfect with countless food stalls, shops and a convenience store available just at the ground level. The apartment itself is a simple and cosy one. It is spotless with a balcony that gives you a great view of the city. You're even able to enjoy your favourite shows on Netflix in this apartment :) I'm glad I found this accommodation and will certainly consider it again for my next visit to Batam :)

During the free ride from the airport to the MESA apartment, Edi took me for a short city tour of Harbour Bay and its surrounding popular eateries. Strongly recommended for family and groups of friends looking for comfy clean rooms.

The location was awesome with many food courts and restaurants nearby. There were also convenience stores nearby as well. The room was great with a medium size 1.2m tall fridge+freezer in the room.

Don’t think twice. Just book this location!! Met the owner and he was a wonderful guy. Very pleasant and very accommodating. Check in was easy as he met me at the lobby of Fave Hotel. The room had a wonderful view of the city and the sea. The room had a balcony and it was just lovely to watch the sun rise and set. The room was very spacious. Studio apartment with small kitchen and a small fridge. It even has a wardrobe and a small couch and study table. Very convienient as I as on a small break but had to catch up with work. Small little pleasures are the power sockets are applicable for different plugs which was awesome. Aircon was fantastic cos the weather was super hot. Honestly the reason why I booked the room in the first place was because it had free netflix!!! Perfect for me as I wanted to have a break from work and did not want to go out that much. No regrets and will definitely come back and stay here if I am in town. Oh ya it’s very near Nagoya Hills Mall and Martabak Har! And there is a huge food court around the location less than 1 min walk.

IndonesiaThere was a minor water leakage from the aircon and it made the floor slippery.
Ed was super friendly and kind. He allowed us to have early checkin and late checkout. He also offered us another room when the original room was not ready for early checkin. Also, he helped us with the missing pillow in the middle of the night. The room was fine and it came with free Netflix, towels, shampoo, and toiletries. The location is good too, there is good food and supermarket downstairs.
