You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeThe breakfast quality is so so, the hotel facilities are located at a different building, which has no covering when raining. The rooms are old although they are clean.
The cleanliness, the staff, the fifteen celcius restaurant has an awesome view, nice food, and friendly/helpful staff.

Clean, big and very spacious room. Breakfast also has a wide variety to choose from. The rooftop restaurant provides a splendid view. And the welcome drink is fantastic

IndonesiaThe receptionists and services team really should improve better. When we're arrived, no one helped. Then, I was in the middle of transaction when they suddenly left me to support other guest. Very unpolite. The queue was like we're in the bus terminal. Other service team were stand by, but did nothing. It took forever to wait my lugages to sent at room, until my husband finally took it himself downstairs. Then, they said we can't reserve seats at lounge, when we saw other guests were allowed to do it. When we ask waiter to order some food at lounge, they left us to support another guest (taking pict with phone) although we were first, not them. We were put second behind. At breakfast time, it took too long for waiter to clean the desk. Messed up everywhere. Its a 4 stars hotel with no good service standards, or not well prepared for high season. And not worth of money.
It has a rooftop lounge with best mountain view and warm water in the swimming pool. Nice taste and variety food indeed. People can ride ATV with professional coaching.
