Very little, however on occasion the staff asking where were off to during the day felt a little interrogatory! I think they just liked to know so they could plan and organise room cleaning etc. but it was a bit full on at times. However didn't detract from the lovely stay and level of service we were given.

Stunning room with lots of space, great size private pool that is very secluded but also has lovely views of the grounds. The outdoor bathroom was excellent and in particular the huge bath was a real bonus. Food was excellent and had the option to eat in the room which was nice as it was our honeymoon. Lovely staff and some great advice for places to visit nearby. Also the included Netflix account was a nice addition.

Nau Villa Ubud is a great place to relax your mind and enjoy your stay to the fullest. The staff took extra care to keep your stay pleasant. The environment is calm and relaxing you won't have any complaints. Rooms with pools are the best. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nua Villa in Bali is an exceptional retreat. The customer service was brilliant, with staff being incredibly attentive to every need. The food was amazing, offering rich and fresh flavors. The atmosphere was serene and spacious, perfect for relaxation. The incredible pool provided a great view and was a highlight of my stay. Bugs…but we got used to it. If you want to stay in Ubud you should get used to bugs, frogs and geckos :) if you have a phobia you should consider this issue.

The hotel was amazing. Private pool area, villa and rice terrace field view was awesome. The stuff were very kind and helpful. The best part of our holiday was Nau Villa. Thanks for everything!

I liked everything about the place and villas. Villa was very specious, clean and well equipped. The location was the best just 30 min far from Ubud but on the other side in the countryside close to the rice terrace. You can really enjoy the vibes and sounds of nature. We liked very much our breakfasts delivered to the room or sometimes with the floating option in our private swimming pool. The team that works in Nau Villa are dedicated, helpful young people! I would forgot the in house Balinese massages are of the best option! No doubts I recommend this place to everybody!

Nice villa. Quite private. With nice pool and round bath which can be filled with flowers. The stuff is super friendly and fast reacting. They delivered everything we wanted. The drink menu is quite long 🤍 Highly recommended if you want to escape for a while from a hectic life.

NOTHING, everything is perfect

Just amazing ! An incredible place, Paradise, a heaven of peace, serenity. We loved it so much last year that we came again this year. We highly recommend it. Everything is wonderful and perfect, villa, swimming pool (very private not overlooked) large enough to have good swimming, decoration, external bathroom, food in the restaurant and an absolute wonderful service and team. Large and very comfortable bed, full day hot water, good wifi. Spaced and spacious superb totally private villas well maintained and well arranged, with incredible views of the tropical forest, and of rice fields for some. Even if people in Bali are truly kind and friendly the Nau Villa’s team is incredible, really welcoming, caring, attentive, warm, pleasant, helpful, smiling and attentive to everything… you feel here like in family, but with high standard professional service. The cook is excellent worthy of a 5 star. Villas and environment very nice and clean, nicely decorated, Balinese style but with modern comfort. Compliant photos. Very good and cheap laundry service. The location is also very good, not far by car/scooter from many touristic places but in a quiet place. You can easily walk to the rice fields, small roads, to the nice Sebatu village and other villages around and to the wonderful temple below Sebatu. The Nau Villa offers also different excursions at very good prices and free shuttle for Ubud. They organized for us a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Once again an absolute wonderful and gorgeous place as much as an incredible team. We thanks them a lot and Highly recommend.

Villa Nau is just amazing. The villa is very private, perfect for couples who just want to relax. We had breakfast in the room every day, a couple massage and even a flower bath!! The staff is amazing as well, made us feel at home every day and was super accommodating to our travel schedule: changed the breakfast time last minute as requested and even rearranged our massage and came back to hit up our flower bath as we were late due to the Ubud traffic. They also have a partnership with ITIS restaurant, (15% discount) with an amazing view over the rice fields and they offer free pick up and drop off. I would definitely recommend this villa and if I ever come back to Ubud, I know where I will stay. Thanks again!!

Great location in the middle of the rainforest and close to the rice terraces. The staff was incredibly nice and always on top of their toes to fulfill every wish possible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling Ubud!!

The weather was colder at this height, or maybe because it was rainy season, but we couldn’t make use of the pool - the water was too cold. When we stayed in Jimbaran area the days before that we had a nice warm pool, so it must be because it’s higher in the mountains.

The spa treatment centre is on the way, so once this is done this will have massages there and not in the room which is more a personal preference - nothing negative with the villa.
