NetherlandsMaybe the rooms could be a little better maintained and renewed. Also I couldn’t find a way to turn off the AC. Which was a little annoying but not a major issue. Other than that everything is good.
I like how big the hotel is and the pool. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy some food. The staff is also really nice. This time it was actually my 5th or 6th stay and they wrote me a nice welcome back message on the mirror. I really appreciate that :) The room by the pool is really nice, breakfast is mostly western and they have a nice little spa and a little gym too. It’s not much but overall it’s good price value.

AustraliaThe heavy chairs that people can’t lift so they drag them across tiled floors in rooms above at ALL hours of the night and woke us up. Perhaps some felt applied to bottom of chair legs might make a difference. The breakfast was not great except for the omelette which was ok.
The pool was fantastic. The cleanliness of rooms by Gunawan and his team everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful stay at Ramada...staff were helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Restaurant serves dangerously good brekky and is open late for other meals. Happy hours for AMAZING cocktails... Spa has great pampering deals..do try! Stunning pool..perfect for families... Brief walk to ice cream parlor n shops was a bonus.. Will definitely stay again if visiting Seminyak 😁

United KingdomThe breakfast did not have much vegetarian options the lounge did not have air conditioning or fans , the location is not great as you have to get a taxi or hire a scooter, beds are not that comfortable.
Nice clean hotel most of the staff were friendly especially the house keeping staff who were really helpful, good swimming pool , offered 2 free bottles of water daily and the tea and coffee facilities are in the room.

We stayed in a family room with direct pool access, which was perfect for my family. The room had three bedrooms, offering plenty of space, and we loved the view overlooking the stunning pool. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we found it to be great value for money.

Love that my room was directly on the pool. The food and beverage options, quality and cost are amazing. Marthin on reception is so lovely and welcoming and nothing was ever too much to ask! This was my second time visiting and I will be back again! The hotel spa was amazing too.

AustraliaFor me, consistency of the breakfast coffee to improve, some days weak, other days nice and strong. I prefer a strong coffee. Perhaps one pot strong the other pot weak to cater for all tastes. It was very appreciative staff made extra effort to get my coffee stronger. We usually like 2-3 cups for breakfast. The barista coffee at breakfast for 2,50AUD promo was made very well and delicious.
The room upgrade was seemless, thanks to Marthin who was very helpful always. The breakfast was amazing being able to select your ingredients for Chef Juvi to whip up. Juvi was always cheerful and always ready to prepare what was selected which was delicious. All staff were exceptionally helpful. The location is just out of the main area and off the main road with security which was very peaceful. The location didn't hinder getting around with the free shuttle into Seminyak Square and Kuta Beachwalk. Taxis back were at most 3 to 5 AUD.
