You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNot an issue, but just for awareness if cooking at the cabin, there is a hob, microwave and toaster, no oven. Fridge with freezer box.
Lovely remote setting, perfect location to see the Northern lights. Really warm and cosy, great views, good WiFi, nice bathroom, very clean. Hosts super helpful and responsive to messages. Didn't get to use the hot tub as our flight was delayed so had less time to relax at the cabin, but looked great.

United KingdomOur favourite place of our trip. The cabins are well spaced so you feel you have some privacy. Our cabin was very compact (3B) but had everything you needed. Plenty of tea/coffee and toiletries. The hot tub was amazing after a long days hike. The location feels remote but it’s a few minutes drive to a few restaurants. Excellent location for exploring the golden circle and everything was very easy. The hot water smells very sulphurous, however it’s plentiful and not much of an issue. Great views and a very peaceful location. For two people the small cabins are fine, however I can’t imagine four people in them. We intend to return someday and will spend the money on a larger cabin.

United States of AmericaWe splurged on this cabin to use the hot tub and have a private space. We were disappointed when we arrived and the hot tub was completely empty.
The check in process was easy and the cabins are right on the Golden Circle drive. We booked this property to have a little reprieve from a long day of driving, and it was in a good location. Space was small but had everything you needed.
