Very convenient. Compact room with a bit of space for personal belongings. A mirror and a hanger for clothes. Was given a bag with water and flip flops and a secure locker for my suitcase. Tiny room. Anyone tall would probably struggle but perfect for me. I would stay again

Capsule got decent ceiling high and "breatheable". It s good that they provide toiletries and shower aminities.

Malaysia35 Reviews1 helpful vote“Great Place To Stay For A Night!”the capsule is not sound proof and i could hear people snoring too loud besides me! but the capsule did provide earplug. and i do wish its located near departure level not in the lowest ground of KLIA2. and hope they can put inside lock, while sleep i can lock from inside so i wouldn't have to worry someone open it.
I like the bed, comfy and so nice to catch up some sleep! the toilet is clean and comfortable with provided sandals for us! the locker is big enough and suitable for big luggage. easy to check in and check out! Theres a mirror inside the capsule!

Clean, inside the airport, close to all the transport to ge to the city center and back, storage space to leave the luggage, little social space with free coffee and cakes, nice showers and toilets. The capsule was big enough and comfy.

The tote bag was so useful in a shared shower. 😄 And the rest of my trip too. The staff gave me keys to keep 3 of my large luggage bags too. It had a great elevated flat space to open and close back my large suit case. It's so amazing.

Quite noisy at times with people milling about ear buds a must. Shame that the room is not lockable at all and is essentially a blind at the end of the pod.
Very convenient. Easy to check in and comfortable pod to sleep a few hours between flights. Felt safe overall

I like the concept of the capsule. Do not need to go to Japan to experience that.

Absolutely loved this stay - very funky capsule hotel and a very restful sleep! Bonus points for the desk inside the capsule which let me get some work done as I awaited my flight.
