We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Brand new hotel with excellent amenities and offerings. The rooftop bar and pool are amazing. Staff were all brilliant and helpful at all times without being intrusive.

BruneiThe parking was very limited. We came in at 11.00 pm and did not manage to get the designated parking space for guest, had to make a few rounds but eventually an hour later they gave us a parking space.
The water dispenser in the room was amazing, a really great initiative. All in all - good staying experience.

SingaporeThe room is very small. Not enough for the family of 3. It's not their fault but even for 2, I think it's pretty small and I didn't like the room layout.
I like the location of the hotel which is very central to Miri city. A walking distance to all the places that we wanted to go.

Brunei- no Netflix, default TV programmes were boring - slow waiting for our car to be picked up from the car lift - car lift parking has ticket entrance of RM10 per entry so even though you are a guest there, you still have to pay once you return to the hotel (this was only mentioned in the poster on the top of the check in counter) - reservation for car in front of the lobby is available however my experience was not that good as they forgot to reserve a spot for us even though we already reserved and paid for it during checking in, we had to wait and make two u-turns so that we won't be blocking the only one entrance - walls in the rooms are not soundproof - edge of side tables were slightly dusty
- the ambience of the lobby - toilet in the room - ironing board in the room - connecting room - the comfortable pillows, bed and comforter - free gelato (mine was pineapple with Sarawak's black pepper) - safe to drink filtered tap water - location is close to shopping centres - breakfast was average - coffee machine and two pods in the room

BruneiParking is a huge problem Room is quite small Bathroom is oversized and as big as bedroom ! ( room 1322) Expensive rate by rebooking within 3 hours , costs 30% more . Pool is very small . Gym room is even smaller and super crowded .
