We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeYou'll need to contact the concierge upon arriving as the check in process is on the upper floors. I arrived but my mobile was not working. Unfortunately, the security was not helpful and no one was at the reception to help as well. I understood later, that the person manning the reception was busy ushering earlier guests for check in. It's not a deal breaker.
Best location if you're in town to shop. The link bridge to The Pavilion Mall made it so easy to cross over despite the rain. Checking in was almost seamless. The room was clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided and the mini bar was filled. The showers was working well and I loved the spacious bathroom and the bathtub included. The apartment is within walking distances to all the other recommended malls. No more suffering the traffic jams.

IndiaNo breakfast. And you have to be careful of your belongings. Being a makeup artist I had a lot of products kept in the room and my Fenty Lipstick was missing. Saying this after reconfirming 3-4 times. Just beware. The stay is not so cheap though.
Amazing stay. Perfect bed and pillows. Very cosy and happy place. Good facilities. Prompt response on WhatsApp since it’s managed by Opus. The building is called Banyan Tree Residences though. The best part was the bridge connected to Pavilion mall. It was near the Bukit bintang Klcc walkway too. Amazing experience. Staff was very clean and fast in cleaning.

Clean and comfy room with excellent location. Connect directly to the pavilion mall and short walk to Bukit Bintang through the bridge and also close to the KLCC walk bridge. Rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is very helpful

The location is superb, connected to Pavilion Mall via a link bridge manned by security guard. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here, the staff professionalism and effectiveness have improved comparing to my first visit a year ago.

BruneiReally love the bathtub here. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Excellent location since we want to be close to pavilion. There is a lift in lobby you can take to 2nd floor and there is a connecting bridge to pavilion, super simple. On top of it Suria KLCC, Aquaria, TRX exchange mall is within walking distance.
