We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe lifts seemed to not function properly, many buttons on different floors were not working and the lift buttons were on the verge of falling out in some floors. Some parts of the hotel were quite run down (lifts, rubbish bins etc). Lack of toilet paper in the facilities floor were a bit of an issue.
Good location with beautiful sea views. Rooms were big and spacious, bed was comfortable. Free parking was a big plus for travellers who are driving into Kuantan.

United States of AmericaThe pool was too small for such a large hotel. Adults like to swim also would have been nice if it stayed open later after the kids are gone to bed. Steps down to the beach would have been nice. Please clean up the trash on the beach. That was a huge turn off for an international hotel chain.
