The location is excellent. Only about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. I enjoyed breathtaking views every morning I left the apartment for a day. The room had everything I needed; generous amount of tea, coffee, a flatscreen TV which you can watch youtube, a microwave, a fridge also, a bathtub! Staff at the reception was very helpful. I highly recommend Highview Apartments.

Can't fault anything, our stay was great

Loved the location and the view, the staff were lovely and the rooms were great. Bed was super comfy and even though it was cold, the apartment was easy to warm up with the heating provided. We had a hire car and even though the parking isn't allocated there was plenty available. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.

Rather vigilant re payment. Kiwis paying ,the money goes through immediately so shouldn’t need to be a hassle to pay on the day of arrival to avoid the transaction fees

Not a huge issue but if I had to find something I didn’t love it was being asked to take our own rubbish out given the price paid.

We liked everything about the apartment.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The view, from our balcony, overlooking the lake and mountains, was really spectacular. We were given an upgrade so that we could enjoy the view. The location was fine, we're walkers so didn't mind walking uphill on the short walk back from the town. There is a lift available for those who would prefer not to walk up or downhill.

No biggy but pre check-in communication could have been a little bit better. Twice I advised via email we may be a little bit late if our flight was delayed and got no response or instructions about what to do in that situation. We were stuck in traffic on our way from the airport and tried to call but no one answered. We arrived just as reception was closing and fortunately got the key. Don’t know what would’ve happened if we were a couple of minutes later. Otherwise can’t fault the lovely staff. One other thing: we didn’t realise there were stairs to the apartment. No big deal though.

Gorgeous comfy apartment with beautiful view. Well equipped and a great place to relax after big days outdoors. Loved it so much we’ve booked another stay for later this year and can’t wait to return!

Perfect apartment. Exceptionally clean, comfy bed, spacious. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes horse, apartment warm and cosy. The fireplace works well. Well insulated from any noise from other apartments. Fabulous view. Have booked again for my return to Queenstown in another week. Best place to stay, it's a must book.

We originally booked a studio but there were electrical issues so they were kind enough to moved us upstairs and woweee the views! Best in town. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We were worried that the uphill walk going back and forth from town would be a lot but it really wasn’t an issue if you’re in decent shape.
