The hotel is aimed at family vacations with plenty of attractions and attention for children. However, in adult zones such as the gym and sauna (+16), there are still children present. While children in the sauna may be a problem for parents, the use of the gym as a playroom for preschool-age children is unacceptable.

This is a new hotel with an excellent location. Good choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner.

Crowded at the breakfast time, the place is popular. The same goes for saunas and hot tubs. Hot tubs even have their queues. Not a major issue, though.

Open air hot tubes 🎉, Fine breakfasts, Friendly staff, We got a chance to meet the roe deer pack just outside the place, I believe the place is magical during the early summer.

After the 1st night when the cleaning lady came, we said we didn’t need cleaning, but next day when we needed it, no one came. So we ended up going to the reception and asking for toilet paper ourselves. Not a big deal, but I didn’t expect that I’d have to go get a toilet paper myself in the 5 star hotel. Also the trash can was full as no one came to take out the trash, but we were leaving next day so also no big deal.

Awesome, stylish hotel, loved the pool, jacuzzi outside and sauna area! Breakfast is awesome as well, so many options available for everyone, everything was very tasty and so fresh!

My expectations of the hotel as a five-star were not justified... - no hair care cosmetics (shampoo or conditioner) - no body lotion (water with a high alkaline content is very drying for the skin after a shower) - in the bathroom very cold floor (no heating) - restaurant -- the sheff completely burned my stake (120 pln) and I got a well done, instead of medium rare. with no excuse. The waiter said "OK, I'll pass it to the kitchen"

I had a Delux Family Room. It was a really big one, very spacious and comfortable. The rain shower in the bathroom made 50% of the comfort. Nice breakfast (buffet)

Hotel location is superb but due to road work it made our stay slightly challenging. We tried to contact hotel by phone but it took time before someone picked up. Staff on front desk should be more polite and show proactiveness - not reply " you can read it on the brochure "

Breakfast was good. We had everything we needed. Staff were amazing and some of them were super helpful. Perfect family hotel with loads of activities & animation for children. Well maintained swimming pool and dedicated area for kids. The room was simply great & spacious - with comfy bed and a sofa bed.

Everything was great. I only wish they had a bathtub in the room, but that was not a deal breaker. Also we couldn't find room service information and the beds could be more comfortable. But overall it was an amazing stay!

Everything was wonderful! Even if the staff does not always speak good English, we managed to communicate and have all our needs met. The hotel is simply amazing, the location is wonderful and the food is incredible! I would definitely stay again.

We was expecting that wellness would be more than just a one pool and two jacuzzis, also there was some saunas, but it wasn’t that good for the money.

Rooms and breakfast was perfect, really nice staff and after while we had also a good parking. ( we had to wait for a few minutes to get someone leave first). Village is beautiful.

The only co-working space was in front of the kids room so I had to work from the bar (however, there was pretty loud music so finally I had to work fromt he bar terrace where was no wi-fi). If your are goind as a working couple, on of you won't be able to work. There was no hair condintioner or body lotion in the bathroom. Sauna area is a functional disaster - shame on architects. There is no space to leave your bathroobe, your towel, to have some privacy, finally to rest. Showers walls are so small that you have to be naked in front of other people. Towels are narrow and long - too long for men and not enough wide for women to cover breast (and all till to knees). I think this space was designed by people who do not use sauna at all. Breakfast - food is good, however, on Saturday morning many food options were missing because breakfest buffet was croweded and staff was not able to clean, add missing dished, etc. Prices in the bar are ridiculous - Aperol Spritz 52zł wtf - even in the fancy bar in Warsaw drinks are cheaper, especially Aperol Spritz. So the bar is beautiful and empty, guests prefer to drink their own stuff on the balcony or go to the city center. Parking price is ridiculous as well.

Walking up to the hotel with luggage while most access roads are blocked with construction work was a steep and sweaty off-road workout experience during the summer. We took a taxi when leaving!

Free spa zone with swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, four saunas and a ice room. Rooms are obviously luscious, cosy, with balconies and many have glorious views of the town. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had with international/continental variety (free sparkling wine!) but also plenty Polish dishes (nóżki!)

The hotel was crowded !!!! Ok, it was school holidays and it was ski season but it was really full !!!! Great for the hotel incomes but less if you were searching for some tranquility....

The hotel is new so all is still clean and well organized. The hotel restaurant offers one of the best breakfast selection we ever had. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
