As someone who needs to use a walking stick, it seemed a long walk to the nearest Metro station.

Good shower, good bed, good breakfast. Nice bar area inside and outside for a drink after walking back from the Metro.🙂😍

The only concern I have is that I was told that if I had to leave earlier we could leave and be given a return on extra. We had to leave one day earlier and we are still waiting for a reply. We talked to you about it and you passed it on to the holiday inn. They told us you had to contact them. I will probably be going back to the same holiday inn in Warsaw on May 27 for one day. If you can settle this by then. Thank you Gerard M Ardanaz

It was close to old city as advertised. The breakfast wast great. The service was excellent and whenever we need something it was looked after.

The lighting in the room's corridor was connected to the bed lamps, which was quite annoying as the lights would be switched on at night. In my opinion, the iron was not very good, but it could have just been that mine was faulty. The wifi was good but it can be stronger. Other than that the stay was perfect.

The hotel's decor was very nice, making it feel like more than a three-star establishment. It was very clean, and the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, situated in the business area filled with restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the main attractions. A nice touch was the heated bathroom floors.

The air conditioning did not work properly. We set it to maximum but it did not really cool. And the floor heating in the bathroom was on (in May?). Sometimes it got really hot.

When checking in after a long day, I would just expect a warmer welcome rather being directly asked for the ID.

Very nice, modern and clean property. Excellent location and close to all main attractions. I liked the little terrace outside.

No mini fridge. One blanket for two beds. Lucky that he is at least bigger).

Toiletries are minimum. Good that there's option to request from reception. Better control of patrons of cafe. Maybe it was eve of public holiday, many people. Maybe staff can guide solo patron to table for 2, as some will choose a table of 4.

The bathroom door was a sliding door actually. When you tried to close it, it wouldn't close properly, as there were 2-3 cm gap between the door and the wall. You could hear everything that was happening in the bathroom from the room. You could also hear noises coming from the hallway, loud guest and and the doors from other rooms slamming.

Modern, clean, confortable, great view.

We arrived past midnight; a 24-hour reception is such a blessing during such moments! Big and clean room with good furnishing. Whilst body cream, or a shaving kit wasn't readily available, upon asking, both were sent to our room in no time. We were allowed late check-out (we requested during check-in), and were able to store our luggage at the reception for a few hours, both of which were helpful since we only left the city in the evening.

Location was a little far away from old town.

Very good hotel with very polite stuff. I will recomed this hotel to all. Our room was nice, lean, with a big window which you could open, and a nics view. Bdeakfast is good, with enough choice for every taste.

Only two things: no refrigerator in the room, and big and not too comfortable pillows.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is centrally located. it is very modern with friendly staff. The breakfast was really good. Rooms are well decorated and comfort. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was good.

Everything was very clean, new and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. We could leave our luggage for the rest of the day after our stay. We were on the 8th floor and the view was amazing. Great value for money.
