Amazing apartments, comfortable beds. Jacuzzi with a pool very busy in the evening but if you come with opening times there is no one else and you can enjoy view and peace.

Internet signal was weak in my room. It is a pity the bar is closed at lunchtime. Stop putting your prices up!

Breakfast in the Club Lounge is great----quiet with excellent service. I had a very good lunch in the main restaurant. Gym is superb. Large, clean, quiet and with splendid views. The staff are friendly and professional. Room service was excellent. The bedroom was very comfortable and large with a great view.

I was charged twice on my room by the hotel by mistake of which 2 weeks later has still not been refunded back from the hotel into my bank in England

At arrival we booked an upgrade to be on the 37th floor and to have access to the Club Intercontinental at all times where we could take our breakfast more privately, always get snacks and drinks and alcoholic beverages between 6 and 8 pm. i would definitely recommend to upgrade if possible, it was a marvellous experience. The staff was very very friendly. Great gym, swimming pool and jacuzi with a great view onto the cultural palace. I would definitely come back!

If I have to add at least one thing, it would be that I felt the lack of fresh air as we were not able to open the window. But it is what it is for safety reasons so it can't actually be a real disadvantage.

The hotel is so good. We got a room on Floor 39 and the view was stunning! The room was huge, we had two large beds. Very comfy! Everything was very clean (room, bathroom, beds). The shower was also enormous. We got many complimentary items; also cacao, water, tea. The location is also ok! There is a shopping center 5 min from the hotel, many restaurants, cafes, Zabka and Carrefour. There are also a swimming pool (with stunning view, on Floor 43), a gym and SPA.

it'd be great to provide some flip-flops to visitors in the spa zone. also there were no toothpaste and toothbrush. parking and breakfast are quite expensive. also there were a lot of people at the spa zone in the evening

The room and the bathroom were very big and super nice. The view over the city was amazing! And the coffe-machine in the room was nice to have there. The bed was very comfortable. We used the sweaemingpool and the sauna on the top and it has super cool. We will be back!

Being unable to stay together in one room or at least on the same floor (group of 5 people) proved inconvenient. On top of that there were some elevator restrictions, so we could not easily go to each room. The rooms lacked adequate amenities for three guests (two vanity kits, two coffee cups and two glasses instead of three), contrary to expectations for a five-star hotel. Additionally, the Spa, especially the swimming pool area, felt outdated and cramped for such a large hotel. It came as a surprise that hotel staff in breakfast room were not proficient in English, which made the communication difficult. We hope that the hotel can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The receptionist and concierge were professional and friendly, providing valuable assistance throughout our visit. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable retreat, complemented by soft beds for a restful sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a satisfying selection of dishes, including delightful omelets and Benedict eggs prepared by Anastasia. Additionally, the captivating music played by the ark added a delightful "wow" factor to our experience. The attentive service from all staff members was very valuable.

Some road noise very late at night from high performance cars racing on the quiet roads outside but not a lot you can do about that. The people next to us returning in the early hours of Saturday morning decided to have a party with exceptionally loud music that affected many rooms on our floor. Once notified, staff dealt with the situation quickly and professionally.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff in a great location to explore Warsaw. We only stayed one night at the end of our week in Poland and we wished we’d stay longer. Fabulous pool view, it did get quite busy but that’s to be expected. We had a high floor room with great views. Breakfast was very busy but well staffed and the buffet choices were excellent, something for all nationalities and dietary preferences. It was tasty and I’d stay here again just for the breakfast.
