Room 203 was stuffy and we could not open the window.we thought the 1st day it was the exceptional weather of 27 degrees but the temperature dropped to 17 degrees the next day and room was still stuffy

Only thing I could say they need to fix is……. There is no coconaut water in the mini bar or at the bar.

I loved staying in this hotel, most of the staff is very nice but like sometimes one staff member had trouble with gays (night shift security) but part from him everyone are super friendly. Rooms are very clean and food in the is something to die for however don’t worry you will not over eat because portions are more for children then grownups nevertheless services was 11 out of 10 Maria who maid our stay so welcome with her professionalism and kindness.

Hard beds and very soft pillows.

Very good location next to Galerria Lodz and Ul. Piotrkowska. Clean rooms and big enough for family of 4. We did not take a breakfast, but price is 75zl per person and kids are free. Recommend to book with room. Other option is to eat in cafe next door. Parking is free and convenient under the hotel for 24 hrs.

Very good and comfortable hotel in the city centre. Large underground parking next to the hotel with direct hotel access. Comfortable room with good amenities. Very good breakfast with superb selection, some food was really good, very friendly staff and good coffee.

Lovely hotel. We stayed only one night but we had a great experience. We arrived late at night but the receptionist welcomed us with a smile on her face. There's a great area for kids at the reception so they can play while you check in. The room was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet too. Breakfast was very good. Great choice and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, underground car park very handy.

Parking was paid. Room could be bigger (as for 4 persons).

Hotel was as expected, staff was friendly, all service ok. Breakfast was really good. Bathroom was big and fully equipped.

Didn't understand the upgrade to executive floor when rooms of other family members on other floors were better equipped with soft seating for room guests. We had one chair and a reclined apparatus, not at all practical when two people were in the room.

Good location for access to Pitor Kowaska St, and to trams. Next door to an extensive shopping mall with food courts. The bar staff were very good.
