I went there with my wife for 3 days stay. It was a Fantastic experience and great atmosphere. Staff , room and facilities were awesome !! Will defiantly visit again Location was super, walking around and visiting the old town was not far and took us around 20mins

Hotel is not accepting reservations for hotel parking which I found only drawback for someone arriving by car and wants to securely park.

Modern hotel. Great selection for breakfast. Comfortable mattress and blanket. We had a little problem with the noise from a wedding party but staff was very helpful and fixed the issue.

The bedroom reading lamps were in way too intense, and no way to dim or lower them. Very unpleasant if trying to read at night or just wind down. Also, no towel racks in the room anywhere so towels had to be hung on chairs or somewhere else. Strange thing to not have.

Excellent atmosphere and set up. Hospitality was solid. Sauna downstairs was great. Loved the free coffee :)

Contemporary style that seems to be the signature style of PURO hotels. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, 10 minutes walk to Jewish quarter with restaurants and bars, 20 minutes walk or a few minutes by tram to main square.10 minutes walk to shopping mall. Rooms are quiet and very clean. Choice of pillows, beds comfortable. Coffee/tea machine in lobby area for guests to use free of charge. PURO Bakery/coffee shop through lobby area sells delicious cakes and pastries.

The pillow options could be improved(but I still managed to get proper sleep).

We had a very comfortable stay for five nights. We tried the cafe, restaurant, and room service. Everything was great. There are many good restaurants and cafés close by the hotel. During the last night's stay, our kid created a "surprise" / accident, but Aneta offered a quick and easy solution (she really thought from our perspective) so that we could get a good night's sleep. We appreciated that they didn't charge for the damage by the surprise. I felt that they were really considering toward family with small kid. We will stay again if we visit Krakow next time.

The thermostat instructions were not clear. The air-conditioning worked fine. We were not aware of strange setting range.

Nice suite we stayed in, modern interior with room automation. Sustainable design. The room was child friendly.

If you had a room which overlooked the trainline or tramline it was very noisy especially at nighttime. I would suggest that the hotel provide ear plugs to help with this issue and help with a better experience. I purchased some earplugs from the local pharmacy and then slept very well.

Room is a bit too small for a couple. Bed is quite narrow, pillows and mattress too soft which caused poor night sleep.

The Hotel is new and very nice. Breakfast was great. Free coffee and tea during the day is a nice addition.

Pillows were too soft, but you can ask for a firm one. The hotel is located near railways. If you sensitive to outdoor noise, make sure you got a room with the windows not facing railways. But the noise protection is good anyway.

Good location, a lot of bars, restaurants nearby. Great interior/exterior and nice lobby with free coffee.
