United KingdomMy only slight criticisms are that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom and there was no iron or pressing facilities available, unless you went for a full laundry service.
Breakfast & the poolside restaurant were lovely. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony area. Great location.

I would rate this hotel 100 not just 10. I booked a room for my birthday and they gave me a free upgrade and a Vip treatment with a slice of cake and a bottle of wine. The girls at the reception were super friendly and helpful in any possible way. The room was spotless clean and the location walking distance from the center, a very nice beach and a hiking path. I am definitely coming back.

SwitzerlandThe price/performance ratio is very low, probably because of the sharp increase in hotel prices during the peak tourist season. Second, the hotel is actually not as big and high-end as it is in the pictures. It may have been brilliant but now it is obvious that the various facilities are old and small. The safe box in the room needs to be charged separately, 15 euros per day. This is the first time I have encountered this situation in my life. I can't understand that as a four-star hotel, it is so stingy. The three-in-one washing gel is really unusable, it's too cheap, and the hotel wants to save money too much. There are few varieties of breakfast, but the taste is okay.
Clean and good position. Staffs are nice.
