We liked everything, super nice and clean bungalow with a terrace, big bathroom with amazing water pressure, beautiful garden and very hospitable host. Many restaurants nearby. Highhly recommended!

Could have had softer side lighting in the bungalow

Lovely bungalows in luscious garden. Could work on laptop in various areas in the bungalow in shared areas. Offers free water bottle refills at reception and had a metal water bottle in each room to use during your stay - which was amazing and one of the only places we've seen do this which is shocking.

If I have to think of a tip to improve the structure, I would say to change the mattresses (a bit hard in my opinion) to have an even more relaxing experience.

Harley Moon is a place of peace and serenity and Christian, the owner, is a very friendly person and is available for any information you need. Located in the south of the island it remains further away from the chaos of the centre. Nearby there are several restaurants and bars where you can relax by eating excellent dishes. The extra touch is the attention to the environment and the simplicity of the spaces.

Cristian, the host was very warm, kind and always helpful. He gave us plenty of tips for the islands (and rest of Thailand). The accommodation is on a very good location on the island, nice restaurants in the village and easy to navigate to beautiful beaches.

If you want to experience a real vacation on an island, Harley Moon is the best place to go. Their cottage rooms are giving true island vibe where you can enjoy nature and have your own privacy. There are also common areas where you can bond with the other guests like the pool, the garden and the bar area. The staffs are very hospitable and accommodating. They will always greet you with a smile and ensure the cleanliness of your room everyday. There are also several Thai restaurants just outside the resort which is less expensive but offers big serving of food compared to the other spots. I drove around the island and i can say that this the best place because it’s far from the crowd but accessible to all.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Not only was it well decorated and well kept, it just had a very friendly and welcoming vibe. Christian was an incredible host, I felt like I wasn't just another client but someone who was truly valued while I stayed there. He also sat down with us and explained with a map the best places to go and what to do which was great with our limited time on the island.

Can’t think of anything. We loved everything.

We loved everything about Harley Moon. The service, the beautiful spacious villas with everything you could possibly need (including fan and AC), drying rack, fridge, insect repellent, hammock, nice towels and linen, the gorgeous unique red pool for swimming which is open 24 hours, plus the honesty bar. Location also great. A short walk to beach, Good Thai massage is directly across the road as well as many good Thai restaurants. There’s a lovely outdoor area to relax with drinks, and where you can also borrow a book or beach mat to take to the beach. Christian and his wife Abbie and their dog Chico were excellent hosts and so helpful. Just being here is so wonderful and relaxing.

Very comfy and beautiful resort and also spotlessly clean! The hotel owner Christian did a great job in suggesting activities and organizing trips and transfers for me. He even offered to drive me to the next village when I needed an ATM or 7Eleven. The area is very quiet (no parties) with some good restaurants and you can reach a nice beach in 5 min walking distance, so a great place for relaxing. But you can also reach nearby bars and several beautiful beaches by motorbike in 5 min (rental next door) or go further and explore the beautiful island.

Comfortable and friendly! We loved everything about our stay at the Harley Moon Hideaway. Thank you Christian and to your staff also for we really enjoyed our stay. Big comfortable bed, friendly and helpful owner, super fast wifi, big modern bathroom, plenty of sun beds, delicious breakfast, spacious room, good a/c and fans, location is quiet area with good food and massage nearby. Less than 5minutes on the scooter to Lonely Beach and only 5 more mins further is Kai Bae Beach the best beaches on the island!

Everything was perfect

We stayed in Harley Moon Hideaway for 10 days and we absolutely liked the place. It's cosy, comfortablem well-designed and close to nature. The hotel is on Bailan village. It's not crowded of tourists. I loved the design of the resort. Also there is unique red pool. Bungalows are spacious and cosy. There were almost everything we needed - furniture, electric kettle, fridge, safe, beach and bath towels, fan, air-conditioner. And as nice bonus bluetooth speaker. Also in our cosy bungalow we had a patio with hammok, and table. I enjoyed listening to singing of birds and drinking smoothie on patio. Near the resort there are many local cafes with cheap and delicious Thai food. Also there are some convenient stores and rent of bikes. The resort is very clean and neat. The garden is extremely beautiful. The staff was friendly and benevolent. Wifi quality was also good. It was very important for us because we worked remotely. The resort is dog-friendly. We met some guests with dogs. Dogs also enjoyed Harley Moon stay.)) Christian and Abbey are exceptionally hospitable hosts. Christian told us useful information about the Island, shared with us travel tips, gave us welcome drinks. During our stay we enjoyed sharing cultures, experiences sitting at nice lobby with drinks. Christian made us feel at home. We will definately return to Harley Moon and Koh Chang.

We stayed at Harley Moon Hideaway on Koh Chang for several days. A great stay in a quiet location! The owner Christian does everything to make you feel at home; upon arrival a welcome drink and extensive information about the island and the hotel. You can also contact him for almost anything during your stay. An example for others! The room was comfortable, big and super clean! Breakfast was perfect. Wifi was great (which is very nice if you work remotely!) and with a scooter - which you can easily rent next to the hotel - it's a perfect starting point to explore the island and the beautiful beaches of Koh Chang! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Harley Moon hideaway was quirky, funky, clean, fun and so much attention to detail. Shree and Tom, the hosts, were amazing. They were so helpful(even drove me to the ATM), nothing was too much trouble and they gave us lots of advice and information when we asked. It was a place where you could easily talk to other guests or be at peace on your own. Home from home. The breakfast was great and we were really pleased to see they were really trying to get rid of plastic on the island with water bottles and the free refill project. This was our favourite place we stayed at, on this holiday.

The bad was a little hard but it was not really a problem.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Location to restaurants was good. Owners were very attentive.

We felt a bit lost in terms of what to do and where to go and didn't feel we got much help with this. Had no hot water for a lot of the stay although this was rectified eventually. Towels got taken away for clean ones but they weren't replaced. Had read that breakfast was offered but this must just be only when it's busy/ not in off season. Location is a bit far from busier areas about 20 minute walk to lonely beach so you need to hire a bike.

Really nice bungalow, very clean and good size. Good pool with reading corner and beach towels if you need one. Near some really good restaurants. Friendly staff
