A bit pricy during full moon. No curtains on upper beds.

Location and staff is great. Decent in terms of being social, you'll find many solo travellers atleast during full moon.

The bathroom is extremely hot due to the ventilation unit that is placed right above.

The location is brilliant, very central, close to the full Moon party, the beach and also a pier (make sure your ferry is arriving there tho). The low bunk has a curtain. Some complained about the open air bathroom but in my opinion it was great!

The highlight of staying here was how lovely and helpful the staff were - they made us very welcome and were incredibly friendly, and helped us to book taxis and to get into the full moon party for free. The location was perfect for us, just a minute from the beach and very close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Not enough privacy between the different rooms upstairs. Not a deal breaker but maybe some curtains for the bunk beds would help.

Perfectly located for the full moon party as it's only a 5min walk to the beach from here. A nice hostel run by very friendly and helpful people. Very clean and they also provide plenty of bottled water and coffee. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

such a good location for the full moon party! 5 min walk away but back far enough that’s it’s not too loud. the restaurant underneath was so handy and the food (especially the pancakes) were delicious! great aircon and really helpful staff

The room was incredibly dark no natural light. Bed was not super comfortable. showers were technically outside in an enclosed, sheltered area. Water pressure was terrible so don’t plan on washing out your shampoo there.

I likes the vibe in this hostel, very sociable and so close to the beach for the full moon party! (a few minutes walk which is perfect as when you return you don’t hear the noise of the party continuing). Room and showers were clean. Friendly staff!

No complaints really! The bathroom light didn't work but it's a minor detail that is easily fixed.

I'm always willing to take a risk on a new hostel and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice Tiki Hostel was. The most impressive aspect is the kindness of the owner, who greeted me late (When I was not-so-fresh off the boat from Surat Thani ...). She speaks very good English and also made me excellent food in the restaurant on the first floor. They run the AC all day in the bedrooms so there's always a place to escape from the Thai heat. No place is perfect when traveling through islands on a tight budget but this hostel was far beyond adequate! An amazing value!

Mattresses are bit hard but that seems to be everywhere in Asia :)

- The location by itself is perfect - 2 minutes walking to the full moon party and beaches. 7/11 just facing the hostel and an amazing cheap restaurant, - Free coffee, water and cookies 24h a day - They also have a restaurant inside so I had breakfast there every morning and it was amazing - Also laundry services available - The staff feels like being with family, they really take care of you, I mentioned to them that the mattress was a bit hard to me due to an accident I had with a motorbike and they changed it to a more softer one - the owner actually prepared a list for me on the key points to see in koh Pha-ngan, how cool is that?? - when I added an extra day they did a super cheap price :) Can’t recommend this place enough!

I stayed during the full moon party and I can only say nice things about this hostel. It’s very nice and clean, the owners are very kind. The beds have curtains (it differs from the pictures) which gives you privacy. I absolutely loved it!

I didn't have a good experience here. I arrived at 7pm and I had booked a 4 bed room, and the manager assigned me a 8 people room. And she told me because I was late, I got that bed. I tried to explain to her that my reservation was in a room of 4, and she didn't care. She had already assigned my bed to someone else. She tried to give me back my money but I didn't have anywhere else to sleep. Definitely not worth the price. My worst experience with hostels on Asia. The toilet was ok, but we had 2 toilets for 12 people.
