We only had some issues with the airconditioning at first which was taken care of very quickly. We found the staff responsive and extremely polite and friendly.

The breakfast was excellent! They went above and beyond and the view from the breakfast room was amazing! From the fresh orange juice to the eggs etc it was all wonderful!

The location couldn't be better, the staff is very professional, welcoming and kind. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The room is very very clean. Most deffinetly next time in Istanbul we will choose this hotel.

Fabulous hotel and exceptional service by Halit and Yunus! We travel all the time and this is the best hotel service we ever received. The rooms are pristine and spotlessly clean and breakfast was very very delicious. We felt like at home from the very first second we arrived at this hotel. We are so happy we found our go to hotel next time we are in Istanbul. Location is also so central literally 2 minute walk to hippodrome and everything else. Thanks again Halit and Yunus!

Only one thing and it is not the hotels fault but one evening I ordered from the room service menu (except it is not really room service, there is a barcode that takes you to a delivery service (no idea which takeaway/restaurant the food is from). Anyway the food took well over an hour for delivery, I had to call reception 2 times who kindly chased for me but when the food did finally arrive it was cold and awful. Like I said it isn't really the hotels fault as the food was ordered from outside however I think the hotel needs to have better options for delivery if at all - as I found the information in the room I initially thought it was from the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very close to the blue mosque, staff are lovely and always happy to help. Breakfast was simple but always fresh and nice. We arrived quite a few hours before check in and as the room was not ready,early check in was not possible however we were given drinks and told to relax and go have a complimentary breakfast.

In a great position,just a stones throw away from the Blue Mosque. We had a view of the Blue Mosque from our bedroom window. The breakfast was great ,with a lot of choice,and again a great view. Best thing of all was the friendliness of all the staff. Would highly recommend,this hotel to everyone. Will be coming back.

The location was fantastic for seeing the sights of Istanbul. Their breakfast was exceptional and the view of the Blue Mosque was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and kind. The room was clean and generous and updated. Loved the hotel and highly recommend if you want a small, well run jewel.

We loved the staff and people at Haci Bayram, they made our stay so perfect. They had great suggestions and were so warm and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! The location was incredible, with a 1 minute walk to the Blue Mosque.

The room was great, the hotel is in the very old center but on a small and quiet street. There is paid parking next to the hotel. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is great.

The smell of smoking was strong in the foyer and could be smelt if the window was open. Turkey needs to get up with the times health wise in regards to disgusting dangerous smoking

There is nothing we didn't like.

Everything. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to do extra things for us. They even made us tea and snacks late in the evening while we viewed the magnificent Blue Mosque from the hotel's fourth floor restaurant area. The hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfasts are beautiful, with many cheeses and pastries of the region. The room was very comfortable with its own balcony. The hotel is walking distance to the major tourist sites and to very good restaurants in the old city.

We were given another room on our first day because of a/c maintenance which had a nice view of the mosque, but didn't have a balcony as we specifically wanted one (I am a smoker). They told us that this was an upgrade and that we wouldn't be charged extra for it but it was the exact same room with our booked room just with no balcony. Apart from that and the fact that overall it's a quite expensive hotel, everything was perfect.

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. They went out of their way for us, especially a certain lady in the dining area. We stayed at two different rooms and they were both spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options.

You can see the mosque from the restaurant where you have breakfast and from the rooftop balcony. Also, it is perfect for a short walk as you can go out to the scenic plaza in a few minutes from the hotel. My old parents really enjoyed to take a walk during we went shopping and Spa. You can also walk to the Blue Mosque and the Palace. The hotel was clean, the amount of water in the shower was large and comfortable, and the staff were very kind, and they kindly gave me advice such as booking a sauna and choosing a restaurant, so I was very satisfied. I will book this hotel when I come back to Istanbul again
