We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mula Hotel that is well located next to the historic centre of Istanbul. The room was well laid out, spacious and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were beautiful views of the Bosporous. Thank you to İlknur Gezer for recommending and arranging the enjoyable Bosporous sunset cruise!

Exceptional Hotel, better than the large 5* hotels due to the personal service. We stayed in the family suite which consists of 2 spacious rooms connected by a small hallway and 2 bathrooms as well as a small private garden with sea views. It was very clean, meticulously made up beds with fresh bedding and towels everyday, huge array of toiletries including toothbrushes and toothpaste! Great shower. All requests were carried out immediately, very attentive staff. We loved the breakfast - it’s not extensive but covers cooked English/American to order, Mediterranean and local Turkish. Everything is great quality, they even allowed us to do takeaway for our boys who overslept and offered option to deliver breakfast to our room! The complementary water was very welcome as it was very hot outside. The staff are the best - thank you to all the breakfast staff, housekeeping and reception team and room service, Ilknur for the fantastic local food (we tried them and they were delicious) and tour recommendations. The restaurant and room service are a little pricy (but so is everything at the local restaurants!) but superb quality - we tried all the desserts and most of the items from the mains. Thank you Mula hotel for a home from home experience, this is a unique place with the best staff with a wonderful personal service.

Excellent service and great location. There was some construction but it was during the morning/day when we were out exploring. The room was super comfortable and had everything you need for a great stay. Would re-book.

What a lovely hotel, small and intimate but as someone who travels frequently and often stays in large in-personal business hotels this was a refreshing change. The staff were exceptionally friendly (without being overbearing). In particular the guest services teams were excellent; knowledgeable, very professional and incredibly patient with my endless questions! Breakfast was also very good, again the breakfast team were excellent (nothing was too much trouble). Great location for main sites. Can’t fault the hotel and staff. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring all the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Haggia Sophia…). To top it all off, the buffet breakfast was always lovely and a massive perk!

We had the most remarkable stay at the Mula Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by staff. Ideally located, walking distance from the main attractions in Sultanahmet. Really pleasant staff, always willing to help and make your stay even better. Very good and varied breakfast. 100% recommendable.

Great location, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with enough options to choose from, clean and cozy. The street where the hotel is located is quiet and very close to the Blue Mosque. We will definitely visit this place again.
