If you are hoping to explore Trabzon from this hotel, it is not advisable to as it takes 1.5 hours just to get from here to the main city. We had also hung the notice for our room to be cleaned but it was not.

Overall a great place to retreat into the mountains and take a breather away from city life. Views: The views were stunning. Our room faced the road and we could see the stream and the endless trees. You could sit at the balcony or the sofa and watch the view. Room: The room was more like a suite with a little sitting area, a balcony and then the room with an en suite toilet. The size was great. Amenities: Amenities were great too. Soap and shampoo provided. Mini fridge was working. Hangers provided. They provide a hose in the toilet instead of the normal bidet. Bed: The bed was very comfortable. Staff: The young lady wearing a hijab who attended to us could speak English and was very nice. We had to check out early the next day and asked if we could have breakfast earlier, which they kindly agreed to. Food: The breakfast was a delicious Turkish breakfast. They will prepare scrambled eggs, fries/wedges and some sort of pancake along with a bread basket, cheese and spreads. It will be very filling. The restaurant is open till 11pm if you require lunch or dinner.

Fabulous hotel, all the staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Samad. The hotel location was far away from the airport but it’s worth the time. The whole trip was mesmerizing. Definitely will be back for another trip.

We like everything, we stayed 2 nights in hotel, but there were no cleaning during this period of time, but it’s also ok.

People who are working there are very welcoming and friendly. They were happy to help with every our request. We were pleasantly surprised that people speak fluent English. it’s important for us because we do not speak Turkish. Amazing location between lake, mountains . very calm at night. Amazing!
