Room we requested was 'handicapped' & it was great except for the shower. There was no lip on the base so water ran all over the floor. They had laid rolled up towels at the base but they were ineffective.

Noisy air conditioner in room. Pet policy requiring additional payment per night which management adjusted due to my unique situation but I still had to pay a fee.

Excellent accommodations! Nice large room, very clean, comfy bed, generally quiet. Breakfast had a nice selection of foods. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pool was pretty small. They could have more restrooms outside of the ones that we saw on the first floor past the elevators. It would be nice if they changed out the bath towels while you are gone instead of having to turn in the ones you use and exchange them for new ones.

Location was not bad at all. You are pretty much within 10mins of of stores and restaurants. Downtown Burleson is literally around the corner like 3-4mins tops considering lights. The breakfast was decent nothing special, housekeepers were all very sweet. They do offer late check out until 2pm for $35.

Noise and talking through the door in the hallway. People’s conversations could be heard rather clearly.

Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon (ham slices), country potatoes; bagels or toast, etc. everything was well stocked and fresh. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. My friend said it was one of the most comfortable. Liked having the refrigerator and coffee maker; a packet of coco in the room would’ve been nice. Easy proximity to everything we wanted to get to.

We stayed 2 nights but didn't have housekeeping come in, so we were out of towels. When we asked for extra towels at the front desk, we had to provide the used ones. Made me feel like a thief.

The hotel was clean and in a good location for the places I needed to go. The breakfast was delicious!

We enjoyed the pool most every day. The hot tub looked like it could be drained and given a good scrub down but I still used it 😀 On the days I asked the room to be made up the bed was made but the vacuum job seemed a little, rushed.

The staff, for the most part, were very friendly and accommodating. One staff member made me feel most welcome, thank you Lessley The breakfast exceed expectations.

My only complaint was the lack of a night light for the bathroom. With the curtains closed, the room is very dark and difficult to navigate.

The breakfast was a nice variety and very good. The room, bathroom and bedding were all fresh and clean. I enjoyed the citrus shampoo, it smelled great!

The worst, and most important thing is the air conditioner cover was broken so it vibrated SO LOUD it was very difficult to sleep. The temp in Burleson was over 100 so there was no option but to have it running all night. This is a very important factor when deciding whether I would stay here again.

It was ordinary but you can’t be too picky if it is free!
