Our room was great with one exception: the bathroom toilet needs a little TLC from a plumber. Loose seat and floor bolts. Otherwise, attention to detail was excellent.

Great choices for breakfast foods and beverages. Quality exceeded many travel hotels we've visited. Location was so close to town center that we left our vehicle and did a walking tour. Common areas provided many choices comfortable seating for conversations or quiet reading.

The house was somewhat old but that was sort of expectyed.

Beds excellent. Quiet location. The kitchen and the fact it was stocked with free groceries.

Love the property, but Clarksdale Mississippi is pretty much shut down for places to eat lunch or dinner from Monday till Wednesday or Thursday. Almost everything’s open over the weekend. Some wonderful restaurants to enjoy over the weekend. For the best experience, choose your dates wisely..

Everything & everyone were very accommodating..

    Nothing to write here

Really easy to find historic house in Clarksdale. Large room, but access to the whole house which made it feel like a boutique hotel. The library is wonderful for cosy reading. The town is only a few steps away and we were given full details of the music on offer as well as restaurant recommendations. Amazing blues singer in the venue we chose and wish we’d got time to stay longer.

As with historic homes, some areas like the caulk in the shower could be replaced. This is a minor issue but would make upgrade the bathroom experience to 5 star.

This home is historic and so cozy. Everything is beautiful and charming.

Beautifully restored mansion/historical home. Very spacious with plenty of communal rooms to enjoy. Lovely bedrooms. Quiet and within walking distance to all the music in town. Hannah was very helpful. Breakfast was self serve with plenty of breakfast foods and hot drinks. Off site parking.

Great house in a perfect quiet location. So much stuff left in kitchen for you to help yourself. Hannah was so helpful, we arrived the day after a festival weekend and nearly everything was shut but she dug around and found somewhere we could get food and hear some music, very kind of her. I felt like I was staying in a mansion it was so grand!!!

Amazing stay. We have not met the staff as we did a remote check-in and we were given written instructions on how to access all the services provided. The owner also was very happy to reply to messages on WhatsApp in case we had any questions. She also suggested where to go to eat and where to find live music. The house itself was beautiful and as we were the only guests for the night we had the whole house for us with a huge kitchen, a lovely living room with blues music turned on and books to read. We cannot suggest this structure enough! The location is also super convenient.

The faucet in the bathroom was leaking bad. No fault to the hotel and I realize it’s just a delta thing, but I did delay my shower due to a very large roach in the shower! That’s just how it goes down here though.

Love the location and the house is beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed being able to store our leftovers in the fridge and the snacks in the kitchen were a late night life saver.

Hannah had set up everything very well. I prefer having it all out on tables, even tho the risk would be that the breads wouldn’t be as fresh?

Very comfortable, elegant piece of antebellum property to walk through and around. I loved my room accomodations!

    - I did not fully understand where and how I could get my breakfast, but this was probably me not taking enough time to find out

    - So nice guest house, totally different from the typical copycat American hotel that you would normally expect in an area like this - Rooms are very comfortable and nice (at least the one I got, all of them are different) - Host is in contact communication with you, reachable at any time for anything you may need - Reliable wifi connection
