The staff were so wonderful. They worked with us on arrangements for a handicapped room when I accidentally left it off in the room needs. Also, Darren, front desk clerk, asked to pray with us during a difficult time.

The bathroom is very small.

The breakfast was great, especially since it's included in the price. I have a family of 6 and there was plenty available for us and everyone else. My kids liked the hotel breakfast better than what I bought outside of the hotel.

There was a roach in our room. The people next to us were slamming things against the wall at 11:00 at night. We booked the room because we have 3 small kids that wanted to swim the pool heater was broke so we couldn’t swim. Towels smelt horrible. I asked for more towels and was told they would have to get me more which they did bring latter.

The breakfast was okay they kept up with putting food out.

Curtain in room was torn, had to put clothes pin hanger on it to keep closed. Stayed two nights, no maid service while we were out due to short staffed. Bathtub was slippery on bottom when taking a shower, thank goodness there was a bar to hold on to. Breakfast, eggs were cold, sausage was hard and not much of a selection to choose from. When I asked for more regular coffee for my room for the second morning, all they had was decaf.

The bathtub needs to be replaced. Toilet flushes horribly loud 😕. The sink had a sulfur smell from the hot water 😕 The bathroom water was fine. Go figure.

We stayed in room 216. The A/C wasn’t cooling the room down at all. Had it at the lowest temperature and the highest fan setting. Also the floor was uneven around the sink area and near the beds.

Elevator quit the first day. We weren’t made any kind of reimbursement or given opportunity to be on the first floor. With bad knees, lots of things carrying up and down stairs for 5 people, something should have been offered!!!! This is the worst customer satisfaction - no matter what good price we got, a bad elevator ruined any savings

Night shift staff was not friendly. Pool was too cold to swim in and smelled very strongly of bleach.

Was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Day staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was across the parking lot and it was very close to our destination.

The lady at the desk stated that on weekends breakfast was served until 11, I got there around 10:30 & it was closed, food was gone :(

Rooms were clean, good size, close to Jellystone Park., Pool, jacuzzi, elevator was out of order but the rate was lowered to accommodate.

The bathroom handwashing basin is located in the room instead of inside bathroom. This makes it look un - hygienic to be brushing teeth inside room. Also I booked 2 queen beds but got one king bed.
