We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cons - you have to pay $30 each night just to park at a hotel that you already paid for. makes no sense. No microwaves.
It’s clean, very nice & pretty. I loved the hot tub it was perfect for us since it’s a bit cold for us up here. the hotel itself was beautiful. and beds were comfortable.

It took me a couple of days to find the lever on the back of the shower heads. My sister and brother had additional rooms and they never found the lever. You really need to put something up to tell people. No one told me I had to order room servie, that was a bit confusing.
Location, rooms were satisfactory. Staff was for the most part excellent.

That we have to pay for everything. Parking was expensive and also had to pay for wifi. They only had 1 week or 2 week options not single day use. The was a major downfall.
The location and look was amazing. It looked like the hotel got a remodel and it was sooooo nice.

The rooms are very basic - on par with a 2 or 3 star hotel. Beds are average in comfortability. Walls are thin. Decor and theme are a bit dated. Elevators need more maintenance. Staff miscommunications lead to no housekeeping and no parking access for half of our stay. Trash cans throughout the hotel were rarely emptied. Trash was overflowing from them. The hotel is located immediately next to a hospital, so sirens can be heard at all hours of the day and night. We were woken up constantly due to the noise.
The proximity to Disneyland is very good - about 10 minutes away. Also, only 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Valet parking, a nice restaurant and bar, as well as a Starbucks.

The elevators use a smart system with no buttons inside and instead use a dispatch system which is very slow and inefficient when a lot of people are waiting. Getting to the front entrance from the street and back out is awkward and involves circling parking lot and tennis courts. The quick snack place was closed. The power outlets in room were inconveniently located. The shower seemed very low budget and was actually in a bathtub with low water pressure. By default no daily housekeeping service. Centrally located near highway but not close to anything for walking distance. Hotel shows up under different names under different rides share companies and sign lists both.
The hotel had large open areas, nice rooms, good selection of TV channels, plenty of delivery services, fast front desk staff for both check in and out, large restaurant area, breakfast vouchers for restaurant, many food delivery services, strong wifi, plenty if rideshare pickups, and was quiet.

The were no food services open for lunch except for the cafe that served coffee and sandwiches.

Bathroom was not ready for guests. Took 3 days to get solved.

I didn't like that the hotel charges 28$ a day for parking If your going to charge it's more reasonable to have it at 28$ your entire stay ,also bathroom tub was clogged

I didn’t like the location after all thought it would be a good fit for Disneyland because they had the shuttles but the shuttles took way too long to show up for pick up and drop off

Towels were not soft. Felt like sandpaper on the skin. After about 10 minutes the memory foam pillows turned into rocks.
