Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool could have opened earlier and closed later.
Breakfast was fine also having coffee onsite was excellent not having too figure out where too go and get some.

There is no parking by front entrance (except for handicapped), so we parked in back near the back entrance. However, the back entrance is kept locked so before you can check in you have to walk around to the front of the building to enter (in 110F temperature). I think this is very inconvenient. Also, they charged an extra $20 for "incidentals", which they said would be refunded but now more than 24 hours after checking out this has not been refunded.

Check in clerk wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I had just complete a hot, 13 hour drive and it would have been nice to be welcomed to the hotel.
Great room, quiet with a comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast options!

It is a beautiful property! It looks like it was just opened for business last week. It’s. Been opened for 3yrs they told me.It has all amenities you would want. Great location just off the strip but far enough away from noise and downtown traffic. Close to arriving or departing on I15 fwy or getting to or from airport.Super friendly welcome from front desk. The hotel was exceptionally spotless and breakfast was delicious. The house cleaner was even super helpful & friendly!

Cold air from AC blew straight to the bed. Direction couldn't be adjusted. We push the chair in front of it to help blocking the cold air but still...kept husband up most of the night
Clean and quite room. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with modern design. Good breakfast with longer hours (6:00 am to 10:00 am).

The elevators went down at one point but the staff quickly had them up and running.

There is a little not to like… It is a perfect airport hotel. It is quiet because it is set over 100 yards back from the big busy road. There are no downsides to this hotel.  it is not a Vegas strip hotel… It is an airport hotel. 
This hotel lives up to its ratings… It is impeccably clean and will run. It was one of the nicest simple corporate hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The location was pretty secluded which could be a bad thing or good thing. lyft and uber prices would tend to be a little more expensive from the loction.
Was really clean an comforting. Didn't get the names of the staff but they were really funny and upbeat. Definitely one of the better experiences ive had in Las Vegas.

The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower was not the best but it did get the job done. But other than that it was a great place and will definitely rebook when I come again to visit.
The breakfast, microwave and refrigerator were a great bonus. The morning manager was very pleasant. The whole hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was perfect.
