Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI chose this hotel because of its extravagant pool. However, we arrived at 6:00 pm with a plan to leave before sunrise. Unfortunately, the pool closed at, you guessed it, 6:00 p.m. This was very disappointing. I would rather that the pool was open until 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.
The Rio provided us with a room that was, I might say, the best, most spacious, and most well kept room we (my family and I) have ever stayed in. The shower and restroom was very clean. The tile work was nice. The shower glass was clean. They placed (at least in this room) the Costco-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash tightly fastened to the wall opposing the shower spout (which was nice).

United States of AmericaThere’s nothing I didn’t like except they should have newer tv’s but then again they asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the new room for 30$ a night so I could’ve got a better stay that was on me .
Easy to get around, safe and the staff are very helpful when asking questions.

United States of AmericaLike all hotels in Las Vegas, the place is really big and the lack of signs made it harder to find restaurants. To be fair, this is a problem with most hotels there.

IndiaOne of the Staff was not very friendly while check in. They give very minimal number of water bottles. It didnt have coffee machine which was a big disappointment for us.
Room was very spacious and beautiful. There is inhouse dining where we ordered coffee for $10 and also there are many restaurants in the hotel eg. Starbucks. The location of the hotel is just off the strip. Bus 202 Duece helped us reach the strip easily. There is a walgreens nearby so we could buy some bread and fruits.

United States of AmericaWe did not get a Renovated Room during our stay. We also had trouble with getting a king room after we paid for a king. They attempted to put us in a 2 bed queen room and that is pointless when we are a married couple. Also we had to upgrade just to have a room. The night staff was a lot friendlier than the day staff. Also, the pool closes early.

United States of AmericaThe ELEVATORS!!!! The hotel was sold out while I was there because I was going to EDC, if you are planning to go when its busy and you are in any of the rooms 15 and below, you are not getting an elevator for at least half an hour. Two of them were out of service, and we tried to take the stairs but the door to the casino/ lobby floor is LOCKED! So you're forced to wait for an elevator or set off the fire alarm. This was such a big issue I guess that overnight they activated the alarm and installed security cameras by the door because so many of us had no other way to exit the building! They simply could have unlocked and labeled the 1st floor!
I think my room was newly renovated, it looked a lot bigger than the pictures that I saw when I booked it. Everything was so clean, housekeeping was really fast when I called for anything which I appreciated! And the hotel had such good restaurants!! I wouldn't go to the food court tho, too long of a wait and some of the fod isn't great quality but the actual restaurants are great! They have Pho, Dim Sum, Korean BBQ, Hash-house a gogo and I think I saw there was an indian restaurant on property but I wasn't able to go and try it! The pool was great (sad there was no hot tub) but the weather was nice when we went. You do have to pay if you want to sit under an umbrella tho (maybe thats just vegas standard) but it wasn't too expensive! If youre going for EDC, its GREAT, theres no traffic from the strip and I had no issues with parking!!
