Told them I would be staying 2 nights and wanted the same room so I didn't have to take my stuff with me after the first night. Got back to the hotel and had to reactivate card after walking all the way to my room because it was deactivated after the first night. I had 2 separate itineraries due to coming in town earlier than expected. No one told me I would have to reactivate. Even when they called me to confirm at 1 pm the next day after the first stay. Wanted complimentary (free) breakfast just to find out once I got to hotel you had to pay for it.

It was pretty clean. Everything was organized and the breakfast food was on point.

I could hear kids bouncing off the walls upstairs. Curtains are not great blackout curtains. lots of light coming in around the edges.

Rooms are nice, way better than what you get on the strip. Gym is open 24 hours. Pool is cleaned daily. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine are very helpful. Right around the corner from grocery, liquor store and Barnes and Noble.

There could have been more overhead lighting. Also, it seemed that the hotel is catering to longterm workers and not short term guests. There is very little customer service at the front desk . We were staying for 4 nights, after 2 nights of no room service, I went to ask what their cleaning policy was and was told that they clean the room after the 3rd night but ONLY if we request it! I am ok with using the same towels and sheets for a few days but if they are not going to come into the rooms everyday for a quick clean up where they empty the garbage , do a quick wipedown of the bathroom and refill the coffee , they should at least tell you when you check in or have a written note in the room.

The room was quiet and efficiently laid out with a good work space, coffee maker, mini frig and microwave. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and the right amount of covers.

The staff was not friendly at all. The location is a bit off from the fun in Vegas, but only a 10min drive away.

The hotel housekeeping staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and everything worked well. My only critique is one front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, she refused to help us get a room close to our children and refused to let our friends get a late check out, even though moments ago another desk clerk allowed us to.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the "grab and go Breakfast." I understand the necessity of it, however I am diabetic and there is nothing in the "grab and go breakfast" that I could eat. Had to leave location the find a fast breakfast.

Parking spaces very limited. Luckily we found a space in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel, other guests had to park much farther away and had to haul luggage bags to and from. Inconvenient for sure.

The air conditioner was extremely loud & the water never got hot. Also., they took out the room rate before I checked in. Who does that! I've used booking.com for over 5 years and no other hotel has EVER done that. It was not a deposit either.

No breakfast was served. Pre-wrapped muffins a snack bar, canned orange juice and whole fruit were provided. Only hotel, out of five, in our two week trip that did not serve a diverse hot breakfast.

Like-new facility. In fact, some parts are still under construction, although the work was not noticeable during our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants are nearby, including a large casino with excellent food and facilities.
