We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room was a bit muggy, like my shoes felt damp when I put them on the next morning. It was very humid outside so that may have had to do with it.
Right by the interstate. Breakfast was good. Hot food and plenty to choose from.

This hotel appears to be a newer hotel. I was impressed with our room as it was different from other hotels and was more stylish in decor. We had a King Suite and it was more than I expected!

We paid for a suite with a couch bed and had to stay in a room with 2 queen beds and the price was not adjusted.
I really enjoy the dove soap in the shower and the breakfast!! The staff is very friendly!

couldn’t regulate the temperature very well. seemed like adjusting the thermostat even 1 degree would create a huge swing in the temperature at times but at other times, the setting would have to be adjusted several degrees for any change. due to the way the room was arranged, one of the beds was right up against the vents of the AC unit so that may be the cause. there was no extra space to move the bed away from the unit due to the nightstand between the beds being fixed in place on the wall.
cleanliness; great breakfast but would love to see more fresh fruit/pastry offerings; staff was very welcoming for the most part- the younger staff was super friendly however the older gentlemen at the front desk were on the grumpy side; not rude, just not friendly at all.

Right off.... there was a strong odor of smoke and marijuana throughout the entire hotel. Luckily, in our room, the odor wasn't bad. Also, staff member was making plans with the guest checking in before me regarding partying and drinking, and cussing. Instead of doing his job, this delayed me checking in. Then the second day I went downstairs to get more towels and took my dog with me and the lady at the front desk questioned me about my dog, EVEN THOUGH, I let them know when I checked in that I had my dog and I paid the pet fee. I thought this was unnecessary as she had several questions that I had already answered at my check-in. I've never had that problem traveling with my dog before.
The location was good. There was lot's of good green grass for my dog.

That I was only there for 1 night!
The staff, first and foremost, was impeccable! From the moment I entered the lobby and told the woman at the front desk about my interesting Uber ride from DFW, I knew this was going to be an awesome experience! I wish I could remember the names of everyone I encountered, but they know who they were!! The manager was so amazing! The morning front desk was just as amazing for what they did for me! I can not express enough how amazing the staff was!! I thank yall for making my stay as comfortable as possible!! Now, onto the room. Chef's kiss! Extremely clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable with pillows matching the firmness of the mattress. I need to find out the brand of that mattress. I literally want to purchase one. The water pressure was top of the list of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The hot water stayed HOT!! LOVED THIS! Dove products. OMG, just awesome! The layout of the room was great. The next time I'm in Burleson, there's no other hotel I would stay at! Holiday Inn Express has a new customer in me no matter what city I am in!

Front desk at check in was not friendly.. maybe he was having a bad day. Room smelled musty. Key cards repeatedly did not work. Doir did not shut all the way when we left. Had to slam it

My room smelled like burned plastic. There was hair in the shower and one of the beds, I also found 3 roaches in shower.
Convenient location……..I always come here and check on rather late. The guy at the front desk is always so nice
