Needs: Lower clothes rack in closet, Darker curtains, better pillows, USB plugs for phone charging. Couch very uncomfortable, Didn't like steps to bed; kept tripping at night and stabbing my toes because kept forgetting they were there Would be good to be greeted by someone, so you know who are you staying with.

Quiet location. Very soft and clean sheets Clean room and bathroom. Good customer service when it comes to saving parking spot.

Interaction with home owner on several occasions, would’ve preferred to interact with text or call. The family was there and at times it felt uncomfortable knowing that they were trying to be silent along with their adorable girls in order to accommodate us. There was way too many cameras inside and outside the property, which made you feel like you were being spied on. No A/C inside a million dollar home seemed a bit ridiculous so we resorted to using the plug in fan, but definitely a negative and uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night. The next door room was also available, however not occupied during our stay because that would have resulted in us leaving as we would not have been open to sharing a guest bathroom with other guest.

Proximity to Disneyland, room was spacious and up to date and had all basic necessities readily available.

Not being able to use the pool sucked but I understand due to being held responsible if something happens and possible lawsuits but they could make people sign a wavier in the future if guest want to be able to use the pool( a little suggestion).

I liked how close it was to Disneyland and how clean it was. As well as how nice the host was.

The owners lied. I never was able to make it to the property due to a mix up In the address. I had to stay at a motel but the owners still said I stayed there. I couldn’t even tell you what the place looked like.

when I first arrived I believe someone that lives on the property while I was in my car put his package and mail on the hood on my car I managed to snap a pic

it was very clean the restroom was just a little dirty from the other guest that was staying and we also ran out of toilet paper mid through the night with only 2 half used toilet paper rolls in the drawer. it isn’t a private house as advertised it’s just a room & you share a bathroom with someone else . i recommend if you are going only to stay and sleep, you can’t really use the balcony for much and when you get there, there’s rules on the wall that say after midnight your tv has to be down to volume 3-4. it was a nice bed to sleep in and a very nice room overall was okay 👍

We had to be pretty quiet, but that wasn't the biggest issue.the fridge wasn't quite cold enough, but I'm not sure if that was an us issue, lol..

It's absolutely perfect. Comfy and secure. Never felt like we were imposing, and hosts were kind. Went to Disneyland, rolled in late, and were greeted and wished well.

There was nothing I disliked. Only thing was I did book twice, but, it was for 2 consecutive days and the 2nd booking was for an additional day (consecutive) and there was still another $30 cleaning fee, so it was $60 for 3 days, which, to me, was a bit excessive. I thought they would consider refunding the 1 cleaning fee.

Easy check in, very nice host who was always easily accessible. Great, big & comfortable room with everything you need. Nice & safe location with parking on the premises.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very clean, very quiet, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Very kind and humble. I would stay here again on another Disneyland trip. :)

There was no AIR CONDITIONING, the bathroom was kinda clean and they have a step incline of stairs with NO safety runner for extremely slick stairs, because you can't wear your shoes with traction to your room. 😞

The room was booked on both Airbnb and Booking.com at the same time. I woke up in shock at 12:30 am by 2 people standing in my room's doorway who had also booked the room in Airbnb. The feeling of being safe and secure was gone The description does not make it clear which room, and this which facilities you'll have access to. I was in the room without the terrace for example. The "bag check policy" is literally leaving your bag in a hallway that other guests have access to.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. Really nice bed and sheets.

I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE UNWELCOMED GREETING I RECEIVED FROM THE ASIAN OWNER. I GOT THE INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL REGARDING ENTRANCE OF THE PROPERTY. ONCE INSIDE AND UP THE STAIRS TO THE ROOM, THE MAN/OWNER OF THE HOME ASKED ME HOW DID I GET INTO THE HOUSE, THEN ASKED WHILE LOOKING AT MY FEET ASKING IF I TOOK OFF MY SHOES. SAID I COULD NOT WEAR MY SHOES IN THE HOUSE AND HIS WIFE WORK VERY HARD AND NOT TO TAKE THE SHEET OFF THE COUTCH IN THE ROOM BUT YOU CAN SIT ON TOP OF THE SHEET. I WAS MICRO MANAGED WHICH MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I WAS BASICALLY TOLD THAT I COULD NOT GO OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY. IT WAS HORRIBLE. AFTER ALL OF THAT I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. NEXT TIME HE SHOULD SAY I DO NOT RENT TO AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE........
