The room was really nice, great size, incredible jetted tub, clean, comfortable, nice view of the Sphere and around lots of restaurants.

The traffic around the hotel for the formula one event was a pain in the butt, but otherwise we had a very good time.

My wife and I liked everything, from the people at the valet, front desk and housekeeping staff. We were very happy with the room, its amenities and the view. My interaction with the property management staff was also worthy of mention, June was very helpful.

Lighting seems "dimmed" overall but I think it's the paint color that probably emphasizes it. It fits the vibe with Vegas though; not a make or break but figured I'd mention since it's something I noticed.

So much space!!!! Way more than expected with AMAZING views on top of that. Multiple bathrooms, including a beautiful master; again, way more than I expected. Great location, easy check in/out and was able to get in early (which is just luck but still was a huge plus)! Host was great from the beginning; hope to rebook again in the future!

We liked the space in the signature MGM apartments a lot. Longs ways to walk though, which we did not mind at all. The Valet service was superb! The communication with the hotel was absolutely outstanding!!

Did not like the fact that all restaurant facilities were located some distance away in the main MGM building and that prices were much higher than expected with few great choices for meals.

Check in was a bit rough. I booked through a third party so I guess that caused trouble for the hotel staff and they weren’t very nice about it. I called my booking host, June, and she immediately resolved the issue!

The suite was spacious with gorgeous city and Mountain views in every room. It was clean throughout and the pullout couch was made up for my children 😄

The valet service was slow but had nothing to do with the room nor June

June was excellent and super helpful! Communication was great, and she also referred me to one of her friends who does decorations for the room and she was great as well. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. Room was clean as well

Was not clean. Smelled of smoke. Unit was very worn and felt outdated. Jetted tub did not function. Cookware was unusable.

There was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room. We stayed at another property because it was making me physically ill after being in the room 5 minutes. I’m still waiting for the owner to agree to a refund after spending at least 5 hours of my work trip talking to booking.com and the owner via phone and text about the issue. I am currently out $1700 and did not stay in the condo because of the distinct smoke smell in a non-smoking facility.

No daily room service, could not get additional body wash only bars of soap, sofa bed was uncomfortable, location is out of the way- not ver convenient, staff not always desk of Tower 3

Full sized refrigerator and microwave in room, access to washer and dryer if you ask and stay for a week, smoke free.
