There was not a breakfast. There was space for eating and would have been nice to have a breakfast. Even if it would have just been a toaster, and microwave with a few easy items.

It was easy to find. My room was a handicapped room and it was easy to get to our rooms. Our room was wheelchair spaced and there were lots of electrical plugs for our CPAPs and such. It was a great room.

The location was great for our purposes. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini kitchen with a big fridge, microwave, and a mini cooktop. The staff was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The refrigerator wasn't turned on prior to our arrival (I called 5 hrs in advance to say when we'd be arriving) so it smelled and was warm. It didn't come on when we flipped the switch ON. Upon reporting this to the front desk, she didn't offer to come look at it, she just said "Did you flip the breaker?" That did work. It turned off 3 more times in 6 days & we had to flip breaker. Maybe the door hitting it shut it off What we really would have liked would be a "Walk in Shower" for older people.

The room is a great size and the kitchen had everything we needed. I like all the kitchen cabinet & drawer space (plus hand towel, dish soap and toaster). There are a good amount of hangers. This is our 2nd year spending a week at Christmas..

Front desk clerk was very nice/pleasant, great customer serve. The room was VERY clean, bathroom clean and water pressure was perfect. Loved the softness of the bed and pillows. Bedding was also clean, free of stains & odor.

One time the fridge wasn’t working but as soon as the staff found out, it was fixed.

I love this property. It’s very clean and rooms have a kitchenette, which is handy. What I love the most is the friendly staff. I’ve stayed there numerous times, everyone is so nice, every time. I travel with 2 dogs, they always pay attention to my dogs, which is impressive!!

My only problems were with the dryer that was not drying enough and the rooms next to me slamming their doors every morning at 5am, making my door shakes at that time.

The location was excellent. Rooms comfy and clean. Coffee 24hr a day on the lobby. Safe area.

I knew hotel was dog friendly, however, they charged me $20.00 per night for the dog. This was not told me when I booked it. I prepaid for the room and then had to pay the additional $60.00 for three nights.

When I entered the bathroom, someone spat into the toilet and didn't flush. It was terrible to walk into something like that.
