I feel for the money the water pressure should be way better. Also every room should have at least a little refrigerator

Pool wasn’t very deep. Don’t expect it to be super deep but more than 3 1/2. Also found two bugs in my room. One of them was a cricket and our room didn’t get clean one day so we ran out of toilet paper.

Like that, there was multiple restaurant choices so that you didn’t have to go off Property

Sofa in room was uncomfortable, housekeeping needs a bit more attention to detail, didn't replace our empty tissue box. Hair was on our bed.

Parking was far from Lobby. Had to circle the parking to find the valet/lobby. Registration is really far from the elevators and had to haul suitcases to and from parking to lobby and back to the elevators.

Check-in went smoothly, Valet was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator. I needed them for my insulina, but besides that, it was great .

The food. Not real impressed, at all with the resteraunts! The more expensive Italian place lacked any flavor. They being said, the noticed that my husband's plate was pretty much untouched. They approached us and asked him if he did not like it and could they get something else for him. After he told them no, without us requesting it or anything, they removed his meal from our bill. Our waiter was also very very attentive which all seemed to make up for the not real tasty meal.

It was beautiful, clean and had a real feeling of being one of the nicer more expensive casinos.

Not the greatest location to do things near the strip ...but the plus to that laid back traffic near the hotel

No Sportsbook right now. They have a little area where you can bet; but, nowhere to watch (right now).

The restaurants are reasonably priced. The food is excellent. The place exceeds its value every time.

No fridge nor coffee maker in room. Shower spigot too high and didn’t move to get it more in the tub than on the floor. Took a bath. Scratchy enamel in bathtub. Noisy air conditioning goes off and on and I am sensitive to noise, so turned it off.

Loved the pool! Room was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the spaciousness of the resort & casino and decor. A few restaurants to pick from so we didn’t need to go out.

The shower had no pressure and was too low on the wall for my tall husband.. There was a loading dock right below our room, which was pretty noisy for a bit.

Great location right off the freeway right across the street from a mall. Check in was a breeze and they met my requests. Facility had restaurants and bars a theater. Room was very clean and attractive.

Pillows were terrible. No mini frig, no coffee pot, no microwave. Get why you do this, so we go out and buy everything, but really!!! Brought my own cooler and coffee maker.

Like the room it was very spacious very clean. Very quiet. Like the area around hotel. Lots of good resturants.

I love staying at the Sunset Station, it's in close proximity to the Mall and Costco and other stores. We've always had an enjoyable stay there and staff is great!

Motorcycle parking has something to be desired. There were spaces outside the front check in area but not covered. I ended up parking in the garage, no designated motorcycle parking I could see. And, the a parking garage is a loooong way from the check in desk. Got a ticket/warning for parking in a area security didn't like. Room was a little musty.

Ice machine on our floor didn't work, a little inconvenient to get on the elevator to get ice. Bathroom a little old, could use a remodel
