Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was spacious, but there were no plugs by the bed to be used to charge devices during the night. The floor of the bathroom did not seem clean, even if probably was just very worn and old. Solid soap bars for the shower are for us very unusable, we would have preferred to have liquid soap. The location, even if allows direct drive to the strip, is pretty far, and requires driving between 15 and 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Very welcoming staff, everyone we interacted with was nice and worm. At check-in they provide few useful vouchers that can be redeemed during the stay.

Lobby, being next to the cassino door, has a strong smoking smell. Once you get to the elevator the smell disappears
Clean and spacious room. Silent besides being a Cassino. No smoking smell in rooms and corridors. Building with only 4 floors and two elevators offers quick acces to the room. Good service.

Easy, no hassles. The laundry dryer didn’t dry clothes like I wanted.
Near the casinos we like. Enjoy the diner and the staff. Dog friendly.

See above. We. Left 4 days early. It was non smoking, but the whole place reeked of smoke and dope. Would not recommend to anyone
I was sick the whole time. NOT handicapped friendly. NO GRAB BARS IN BATHROOM. Toilet so low, difficult to get off.

We asked if we could check in earlier (less than 1 hour), but there was a fee.
The room was very clean and bigger than the average. The parking lot was just in the front, so that you could check your car from the room window. They have a fortune wheel with gadgets and discounts.

The smoke downstairs in the casino reminds me of 20 years ago... no seats were free in the bar as it is small so the free drink voucher didn't get used. The shower is like something from the Bates motel, very low so it points at your chest. My TV remote control didn't work.
The pool is clean and in the heat is a lovely temperature, it's one of the few hotel pools where you can just about do some laps... 4 strokes and a tumble turn... not quite a leisure centre pool, but something for a hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.

Smokey casino environment. TV small and could not get movie station. Lobby very disappointing and unattractive. We did not come here to gamble but on our way back from a hiking trip.
Room clean and updated. Found this place away from the Strip and less expensive. Dining room meals affordable with very large servings.

The smell of smoke, even in our room, from the gaming area. The hotel was a bit further away from the Strip then we thought.

The rooms were not very sound proof and could hear a lot of traffic. The TV did not come in very good. The non smoking would have been nicer if the they separated the hotel a little further from the casino at least put doors between the hotel and the casino so it didn't smell so bad trying to get to your room.
The price was pretty good.

Travelling with kids is not nice to pass all the pokies when accessing the restaurant…but is Las Vegas!!
Close location from my RV rental. It was quiet and restaurant quite good value for money. Felecia Turner from reception was amazing as I needed some letters sent to hotel which were quite important and she ensured they were ready for me. Excellent customer service!!
