Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe hotel room doors slam shut very, very loudly - you can hear everyone's loudly banging door close shut throughout the floor. The air conditioner was great, but the light from it was a bit bright and could not be dimmed at night which was annoying as it shines right on the bedside.
Very nice, modern hotel in the Arts District - a nice, welcome change from the Strip. Nice Lather bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). Also appreciate a 12 noon check out time, which is getting more and more rare these days at hotels!

GermanyRooms / property: We missed a desk in the room. A few of my colleagues needed to work or conduct meetings in bed because the cleaning crew was up very early for cleaning which made the lobby hard to work in. The elevators are electricfied. Every time I pressed the button for the 3rd floor I got shocked. Restaurant: The restaurant is a no-go. I didn't like it at all, the food wasn't nearly good enough to warrant the price and the staff at the restaurant wasn't attentive or friendly. My team had dinner (7 people) there and breakfast (4 people), each time the staff was too much in a hurry to leave so we constantly had trouble ordering drinks, or even asking for salt or cream for our coffees. If you stay here, just go to Vesta coffee or Bungalow coffee for breakfast.
The staff was the best part of my stay, they were very chill and accommodating to make sure my stay was relaxing. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and I loved being able to catch up on the house of dragons at night. It's definitely worth exploring the area around the hotel and seeing what the art district has to offer.

United States of AmericaI wish they would had made more space in the bathroom for you to lay your items out. Not sure how I am feeling about the glass bathroom you literally have no privacy unless you turn all the lights on in the room and keep the light off in the bathroom. They should rethink that setup or give you an option to cover the glass.
The Staff was Excellent, the location is great if you want to be away from all the traffic and noise of the strip. BEDS Were super comfortable . Great convenience to have a spectacular restaurant next door. Oh and great cookies for dessert

United States of AmericaI would have to say the staff. I had an encounter with two staff members that made me feel out of place. As if my status wasn’t enough to be in this hotel. The first encounter was with the manager, she was super helpful towards a caucasian man that was in-front of me in line to check in. Then, when I step forward, she basically looked away and acted as if she was busy. which lead me to wait longer in line. Second encounter, I was getting out of the pool and going back to my room, when one of the staff members by the entrance, whom happens to be a woman as well, basically was shocked to see a heavier woman in a swimsuit. Keep in mind, that she was also on the heavy side. She put her head down and her facial expression showed embarrassment towards me. Now, I do want to end this on a good note. A young gentlemen in the front desk really made my whole experience here worth while! Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. BUT! he is tall, has glasses, and I believe he is East Asian. He made me and my husband feel welcomed!
What I loved about this property was the fact that it is super clean and organized. I felt like my coin was well spent! I would definitely come back.

United States of AmericaRestaurant is beautiful and there were a lot of staff. 3 of us sat at the bar and felt like the bar staff were not very attentive, we had empty glasses and no one noticed. They seemed busy chatting to each other. Will still go there again but hope they iron out bar staff issues.
Rooms were great, clean, comfortable and nice decor.
