To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No smoking , no casino , fabulous location, quiet pool but also the option to use Aria facilities which was great. Ate and drank at vice versa which was superb. Great links to other hotels . Definitely my new favourite.

United States of AmericaVdara has a policy that no kitchenware can be held I. The room, so we would need to call housekeeping for anything needed for the kitchen. There was also only a tiny mini fridge to store anything, the other side was the mini bar. Made using the kitchen more difficult.
I was there for a work conference, and my husband was working remotely from the room. The room was so spacious and the location was amazing.

United States of AmericaSpecifically for the room we were in... The temperature for the tub water spouts was opposite. Cold was on left and hot on right. Could be super dangerous. Extra fridge in room since the built in fridge was frozen solid. While that was helpful, it was a bit out of place with the rest of the room.
No casino in lobby so no lingering smoke odor. Connection between Vdara, Bellagio, and Aria was easy and indoors. Not too far from the monorail. Room was spacious. View was good. TV in both living/sitting area and bedroom.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping and cleanliness of the rooms is not that great. I didn’t know I had booked an owner room so they don’t come with housekeeping if you want it you need to pay about 40$. When you do request towels it doesn’t get done on time. There is not advertising this on booking hotel page, so when you are checking in is when we found out. Prices for the mini bar items are too much for what they are.
I had breakfast at the buffets near by so it was great. Didn’t get to try the breakfast at the restaurant. But did try the viseversa drinks and food; they were great. Had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and sphere. Front desk personnel was great, works needs to be done for the housekeeping though.

South KoreaThe location was great. Since it wasn't right on the strip, it was nice and quiet. I liked the fact that Vdara didn't have a casino, no additional smoke smell or people down on their luck walking around. It close to the strip that it's very easy to get to other places by foot.
