From the minute we arrived we felt at home. Melissa efficiently registered us and took my bag up for me as we had had a long train journey along with the fact that I had hip bursitis developed in the last two weeks probably from twisting in and out of my car...lesson learned! Our two rooms were adjacent and had everything required for our stay. There was a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel - other guests were friendly, some were bikers (yay!), some Dale walkers, a happy mixture. Loved my bed, duck filled duvet, oh the list is endless, and wow the chefs did us proud too.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The towels were beautifully soft and the carpet was lovely and soft. Although it was on a busy main road we had a room at the back which was very quiet despite overlooking the car park and small garden during a very hot and busy weekend.

Very central, the communication was good from the owner and this made collecting the keys really easy. The accommodation was roomy with a few of the basics provided free of charge which was a nice touch. Granted parking is limited but this was fully explained and I was able to find free parking close by. All in all, a happy trip and would recommend.
