The city park is really great!
The city park is really great! It is big enough for long walks. It's great maintained and is really beautiful. The kids were excited about the ducks, geese and swans there too. The town is beautiful and the centrtal part is very well maintained. I particularly liked the park with the lake. There were beautiful trees in the park not so usual for the country and in the lake there were white and black swans. The restaurtants I visited were not too expensive and the food was good.

Sandanski is a modern City with local and inter City bus connection as well as Taxi service. It has some excavation sites dating back to the roman inhabitants. Lots of places to eat out. Sandanski has an average of 2450 hours of sunshine. Many vineries in the area. Thermal bath locations within 40 km Friendly locals.

Sandanski is the place where we are doing a night over to...
Sandanski is the place where we are doing a night over to split the long drive to Greece, however in 2022 we have also uncovered Happy Bar Grill that we really like, and due to this restaurant decided to always stop to Sandanski. But while stoping to Sandanski we have seen the beauty of this place and for next year we plan to stay several days instead of just one night. We love the Park, the apartment that we rented and the Animal shelter.

It is very tidy and clean, with sport establishments, lake, carousel, Wheel, Coffee restaurants and lots of nature!!! My room was very clean and I slept very well. We paid 100 Leva (50 EUR) for one night. The price included the breakfast, the access to the SPA with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi with thermal water, a steam room and a sauna. You can pay extra for massage. Moreover the place is equipped with a changing room and showers. We have received a 15% discount for the dinner. The food was very nice and the atmosphere was really nice.
