Great for a family trip. Location is excellent, just across Piazzale Michalengelo with Arno River in between. You can walk along the river, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Uffuzi Gallery, and Duomo. Area is safe and silent, streets towards the center has good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very cozy and authentic. It was clean and cute. Rachele was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

From the front desk staff right through every amenity provided, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was lovely. The elevator really helped, as my father has mobility issues, and even though we were in a busy square (which was a plus, since it was a super short walk to the Uffizi Gallery), we hardly heard any street noise.

The location was perfect, 1 Km from the Duomo. Both building and apartment are incredibly good looking and the latter is clearly recently refurbished. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and stylish kitchenware. Nice and comfy food is in the room for free. The place is incredibly silent and clean and with comfortable beds. Last but not least I need to thank the management for their kindness before and during my stay, they helped me receive a parcel from Asia and find it in the room the day of my arrival and allowed me to stay a bit longer than the regular check-out time giving the chance to have a shower after the Marathon. Thank you very much/太谢谢你. P.S. If you are planning to book...do not bring any bananas with you, there are plenty in the fridge :D
