Wonderful apartment in Tirano! Highly recommended! It's a building with many apartments and a reception. 1. Location is perfect. The city is pretty small, so everything is close. It's just 3-4 minutes by feet from the train station, 5 minutes from the old town. The area is absolutely safe. 2. The staff is wonderful, so nice and welcoming! We are very glad that we met, as the reception works at a particular time, and we got in when they still were there. If you're coming when they've left, I guess they'll send the key from the room or something. Special thanks to the cleaning lady who helped us with storing the luggage before our train. 3. Room is huge! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great kitchen with everything you may need including olive oil, pepper, sugar, and all equipment you may need. Everything is very clean. It was sad to leave such a nice place.

This property actually made me regret not staying in Milan more.

He gave me great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit in Bergamo, which made my trip so much better. He also kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. We had a really nice conversation and he made me feel completely at home. Honestly, he was the best host I had during my 5 days in Italy across 3 different cities. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!! Best location. Right at the centre with all the great places at walking distance. Apartment also neat and clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay!! Special mention for Mr Jerome who coordinated the check in seamlessly and was always prompt regarding all our queries. He even arranged airport transfers for us which was very convenient. Also Mr Bedi who waited patiently and explained all about the property inspite of us being late while checking in. Overall a great experience.we definitely recommend staying here.
