Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Luxury Villa Unikat with Seaview & Jacuzzi provides accommodation with a fitness centre and free WiFi. Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Clean, beautifull bathroom, living room with a lot of day light. Swimming pool with beautiful lighting to enjoy when it gets dark. They are always there to help if you need something. There is an amazing beach just 5 minutes away, lots of restaurants. We definetly recommend it!

The property itself is excellent: everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location, set in a quiet and charming village, adds a special touch to the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful terrace. Even better than the pictures. Close to everything of note in Bol and all the best beaches. Air con working perfectly.
