I have to say that beacause of rainy weather he offers us gratis night although it wasn’t his faults ! Position of the hotel is also excellent,near 2 the best private beaches,near supermarket,near the best restaurants in Hanioti..and very close to pedestrian zone.

The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. Guests have access to the pool and lounge chairs, which added to the overall enjoyment. The hotel's garden is stunning, and the poolside bar is a lovely addition. Conveniently, the hotel offers on-site parking, and its central location in Hanioti was very convenient. I'm definitely looking forward to returning there next year. The exceptional experience guarantees another visit.

The property was located in a great area, right near all the important points like stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms and the property was very good. The housekeepers were cleaning the rooms every single day. We had HB and the food was amazing and very good. And the most important aspect of our stay and the one that we are most excited about was the friendliness of the staff and I mean the whole staff. From the housekeepers to the restaurant servers to the receptionist and to the owners of the hotel which we only have to say good things about. For sure, next year we will come back to Tropical Hotel.
