It is located in an inner courtyard, being very quiet. There is a market 100 m away. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including beach umbrellas), everything is new. We will be back with love as soon as possible.

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!
