We book a long stay here, covering Christmas and New Year's. And it was a great decision! We had the ground-floor apartment, which is actually one single large room, with a double bed and a couch that opens - very good quality both, slept very well. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher (although we didn't really cook that much). It's 8min away by car to the Gondola and 1min away from Ossiach Lake. I bet it's beautiful during summer, but it was great also now. Christian, the owner, is a great person, helped us out with a small problem - I think we saw him 3 times during our stay, but if we needed something, he was always reachable. Due to the pandemic and the fact that this is usually a summer destination, we were mostly alone in the whole villa, which made us feel very like at home (our own vacation house in Austria :) ) There are grocery stores nearby, Villach Is 15min by car, Feldkirchen the same. And as a bonus, the train station is just across (and not, you can't hear the train passing). There are plenty of things to do around and places to visit, for all ages. It was a great vacation and we plan on going back again in 2022!

Perfect location with picturesque view of the lake from the room, clean and spacious, professionally operated by family, the apartment was a wonderful place for holiday. It was easy to drive to the lakeside as well as the top of the mountain which is over 1900m high.

We had a wonderful time in Waldvilla Bergsee, the apartment is very comfortable, having all the equipment that you could need. Esther is a great host 😊

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. The apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the bath were new and functional. Every detail in the apartment is in its place. The balcony and the view are also great. The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.

Dessa rymliga lägenheter med självhushåll ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från sjön Ossiach och omges av en stor trädgård med en lekplats. Alla rum har balkong eller terrass. There was a nice inner garden with a play area for kids. The kitchen was well equipped. We received a baby bed and a baby chair too.

Villa Marienhof ligger 150 meter från sjön Ossiachs strand och 2 minuters promenad från linbanan Kanzelbahn. Här erbjuds en privat strand, panoramautsikt och gratis tillgång till bastun. The property is as good or better than the photos. The Zorn family and staff are very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast as first class with a large variety of local produce. In 2 days we managed to fit in a swim and SUP at the private beach, went for a hike at Gerlitzen, and borrowed the Marienhof bikes for a ride around the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer… there is so much to do.
