The staff is the best part, they are downstairs so very easy in case you need anything. They were wonderful helping us with transfers, suggestions for things to do and visit, small requests and they even brought us a cake. The room is right in the center of town, it's modern and tastefully decorated. The whole place was extremely clean (and this comes frome a clean freak), when we arrived the room smelled amazing! The bed was super comfortable and I really loved that there were two pillows per person! :) I also highlight Marina as an amazing host, the communication with her was smooth and the access to the room was effortless. She gave us tips on where to go and what to do, and she was very attentive during the whole stay. Bonus points for free toiletries and extra hygiene supplies, I thought it was a very nice touch from her and haven't seen this in many places.
