Recently renovated with well located windows that makes the whole experience so much more relaxing. The owners, the eye for details: homemade bath bombs, a complete coffee and tea corner, decorated like a cosy home, beautiful views, comfortable temperature, pet friendly and so on...!

Situated in Leeuwarden, in a historic building, 2.9 km from Holland Casino Leeuwarden, De Olde Signorie is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and barbecue facilities. This place was absolutely magical. We stayed in the room that had been the Mayor’s office, an enormous space with high ceilings, chandeliers, gorgeous old floor tiles at the edges of the carpet, and a tiled fireplace framed by massive woodwork and topped with a large oil portrait of a historic mayor. The paneled walls, doors, and beamed ceiling are all painted a fabulous deep sage green, while the tuxedo sofa, small hassocks, and dining chairs are emerald. The effect is instant sensory immersion - old-new, elegant-simple, imposing-comfortable. The room is split between living and dining areas on one side and a huge king-plus bed on the other. Wow. What a treat. The owners were charming - easy to interact with online and very helpful with safely parking our unusual vehicle in the free, outdoor lot. There is outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a sauna, for use In warmer weather, and there are several options for dinner/drinks nearby - including one in the Michelin Guide - but we had an excellent meal at an Italian place. Highly recommended.

Located in Burgum, Boukje har Bêd en Brochje offers accommodation with a heated pool and garden views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. From the moment we parked our car we we're delighted by the joy and simpathy we received from our host. The accommodation is wonderful, equipped with a perfect jacuzzi, cozy living room with pellets heating that made our evening perfect. The room was sparkling clean, the bed super comfortable and very waaaaarn. To end the experience we we're presented with the most delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything

Wonderful location in the countryside, right next to the forest. The rooms are very beautiful, stylish and clean. It was well equipped with a tv, coffee maker, and some hygiene products. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The hosts were friendly, with a cute dog, and a cat. We will be returning! ❤️

Absolutely gorgeous place. There is a soul invested in that place. In such places you want to stop, relax and deeply breathe in and out. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is amazing. It has been served in the hangar. The neighborhood is so quiet! We enjoyed sunset, stars at night and sunrise. There is a nice living room where you can meet other people and have a cozy dinner. *we are planning to stay there again

This was an excellent weekend with my fiancée and my cat in Inn Friesland ! The room is just amazing with a lot of charm, and the hosts are really nice and convenient for their guests. This is an absolute recommendation !!

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location was great to start our discovery of the island. Our room was cozy, clean and quiet, and breakfast was excellent. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!
