not great at all! we checked in and got ready to head up to the rooftop bar- one of the reasons we decided to stay here as it looked so lovely! we went up and it’s was extremely quiet- hoping that someone would be up to serve us we waited around half an hour- no one arrived. we therefore headed to the main restaurant where the member of staff we asked about the rooftop bar was rather unapologetic. i asked should it be open, he replied with a shake of his head saying there were understaffed and it hadn’t been open all day. i was most unimpressed- surely we should’ve been made aware when checking in a few hours earlier that it wasn’t open? the menu in the restaurant was nothing to be excited about, we decided to leave and find a nice restaurant down the road which was lovely. We headed down for breakfast the next morning and the bacon was so hard you could break your teeth and pastries were stale- again not impressed we did not attend the breakfast the next day due to this as well as eating at another local restaurant rather than the hilton one. We checked out early and again decided to head somewhere else for breakfast, we weren’t given much opportunity to talk to the staff on departure about our stay. The toiletries in the room were not replenished only flannels re stocked, we had no re stock of toilet roll and the conditioner was empty. i called a week ago to complain and i was assured ill be called or emailed by the complaints department, and shock i haven’t heard anything back. i would most certainly not recommend to anyone, my dad is a hilton honors member who had been for many years and we were under the impression this hotel would be up to standard with other hilton’s and we were proven wrong. This was for my partners birthday and expensive weekend away which definitely disappointed.

We loved strolling through the town and popping into the shops. Our favourites were the Old Hall Bookshop and the Courtyard Shops.
We went to the Plough Pub and had some good food and beers.
All the people we met were very friendly and helpful.

It's where our friends live, so we always enjoy going here. It has a pleasant town centre and it is near to beautiful countryside. However, the outskirts are currently spoiled by ongoing HS2 construction

My second visit to the Paisley Pear, very enjoyable.
My second visit to the Paisley Pear, very enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. I had plenty of milk for my morning cup of tea and this was added to without having to ask. I hope to be returning in August but will ask for a ground floor room, only because my age, the stairs are sturdy and wide. Again the taxi service was excellent.

Loved Brackley…Hated the accommodation as previously described…bed, room, pillows the worst ever. Room smelt .
Vile.
I expected far more , even though it was only £40 I would rather have slept in my car.
Lovely location, lovely hosts and lots of little touches made this a great place to stay!
Off the beaten track so nice and quiet, excellent breakfast, well appointed rooms with everything you could possibly need, including fresh milk, hot chocolate, dressing gowns etc.
Would happily stay here again and was extremely well located for Brackley, Silverstone and Mercedes AMG factory.
Would not recommend for anyone working nights as very noisy during day time with cleaners talking loudly outside door and banging crockery. Doors offer no sound proofing and bad hotel design results in banging doors which reverberate through structure of building.
Very handy location just off the A43 between the M40 and the M1. It's one of those prison-style modern hotels, with spacious comfortable room, but the overall place is very functional. Walk across car park to the pub where reception is and meals are served.
The cottage is wonderful. Exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed. There is everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay. Paul is a lovely host. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend.
Excellent range of breakfast options, rooms were decorated nicely and very comfortable. Easy parking and welcoming staff. Overall very pleasant stay, easy access to the rest of Brackley.
my daughter has just moved down to Brackley. The paisley pear was just down the road from where she lives. the bed was comfy. The decoration was a bit tired looking.
