The staff are all very friendly and I also like how your company able to accept diversity . The shift on the counter from level 2 to level 1 can be challenging for older travellers as the steps to climb though short steps but there are potential risks and also narrow perhaps do consider for doable as well I had difficulty getting the taxi outside as checkout is done at level one instead and for solo travellers I need to make sure non one touches my luggage.
