Fun party atmosphere but can be for families as well. The history of the city and London Bridge are nice to learn about. Weather is great in the spring but gets hot in the summer. Everyone is nice and accommodating.

Great atmosphere.
Great atmosphere. The Pontoon boat rental made is great and the things we could see from the boat out by the coves was great
We ate at the fish and chips place right under the bridge and it was good.

Nothing about Lake Havasu was good.
Nothing about Lake Havasu was good. I did not "choose" to visit Lake Havasu. I had a long desert drive and it seemed like a slightly better option than running out of gas in the middle of the desert late at night, so I stopped.
I tried to get a bite to eat at a burger place with "good reviews". I didn't expect fine china but I thought maybe, you know... a plate. Nope. Lousy beer menu. I chose water but then stopped drinking it after a single sip and my inability to discern what exactly it tasted like while also wondering why my water had any taste at all. They "served" me a mediocre burger and worse fries wrapped in paper with some funky homemade ketchup that tasted like tomato paste with sugar on top.
Then 13 (yes, I counted) super friendly Midwestern tourists decided they liked my dog so they jumped over the 4-foot fence, taking care not to spill their Miller Lite, to come join me at my covered outside seating and then chatted me up about all things casserole, tattoos, and boat racing over the smell of their cigarettes and the soothing sounds of their crying children.
My mind escaped to thoughts of, "I hope these people don't actually vote" and I hope these people don't visit other countries and cause said countries to think this is a reference standard of what America produces". Alas, I fear I am wrong on both accounts. This was just one experience and possibly does not reflect the entirety of Lake Havasu. But, from the visual cues around me over the next 10 hours I was there, it seems fairly representative. If the U.S. nuclear arsenal needs another desert nuke test site, I might select Lake Havasu.

Lake Havasu is a great spot to travel especially if you have a boat or any water toys. You can also pay to ride the ferry, rent jets skis or a boat. They have plenty of beaches to have fun, The london bridge is very nice with plenty of places to grab some really good food. Its a small town so everything is close by. Plenty of things to see and do.

We just stayed one night and one day.
We just stayed one night and one day.
Facing the genuine London bridge and understanding how it was rebuilt on land was amazing.
We had dinner at La Vita Dolce (Italian) and their food was excellent, freshly home made.
Renting a couple of jet skis in the morning to go around the island was a blast.
Our lunch outside at The Chair next to the bridge was outstanding, its quality and fair price were unexpected for a touristy spot.
This place is definitely worth the drive from Las Vegas or Phoenix for a weekend .

The room was super comfortable, the bed was lovely and felt brand new. The air con was perfect and it was nice that there was a proper duvet supplied and not just blankets. The best part was the breakfast, included! We stayed in lots of hotels and motels and not one included a free breakfast as good as this, or free Wi-Fi. Next time we do a road trip I will likely book just Holiday Inns.
When we stayed the hotel rooms were being renovated.
Our room had a brand new bed and mattress which was extremely comfortable as were the pillows.
Nice pool area.
Very friendly staff especially Terry one of the receptionist.
Ideal location right next to Lake Havasu and London Bridge.
Hotel is centrally located.
Our stay was amazing. The staff was awesome.
We loved the pool, decent breakfast.
They’re pet friendly, which is great and the pet fee isn’t bad in price.
We will definitely come back.
Thank you for making our stay and my birthday vacation relaxing.
This hotel is the best we have stayed in. The added items available here were a pleasant surprise. There were pots and pans, a hot plate, dishes, etc. The staff was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to eat or places to go.
we loved how pet friendly it was, with the whole backyard gated. we also enjoyed the large tv in the living room and the kitchen supplies they provide! the updated appliances were a nice touch. also the pool was very clean.
The hotel is a little outdated but has everything you need. the fridge is pretty big and the bed is comfy. They offer nice coffee at reception till 9.30am. The area is also not bad. Shame you don’t have a view of the lake.
We like the uniqueness of this property. Boutique style. The lobby is a bar. Pet friendly. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. It is right next to the London bridge.
The pool and the location of the hotel and the fact that they have their own boat launch The courtesy docks were nice even though half of them were broke.
