Breakfast was excellent,great choice of fresh bread,rolls,pretzels and different homemade cake every day.Comfy beds and great size bathroom.We enjoyed tge swimming pool and saunas too.Our hostess took us to Kaprun glacier so we could safe time to get there. We loved everything about this guesthouse - the staff and owners, the breakfast, the location, the room, the balcony, the view, the decor, the cleanliness..... We shall definitely stay here again. There is a regular bus which leaves almost outside the guesthouse which connects to buses going to all the interesting locations offered as part of the Zell am See card. It is also possible to walk to the guesthouse, but it is very steep. There were slightly different things offered as part of the breakfast each day, which we liked.

Vieta puiki, vaizdas per langą ar iš balkono vertas milijono 🙌👌. Reikia rinktis kambarį būtent ežero pusėje, nes iš galvės nebus ramybės dėl mašinų. Namas šalia pagrindinės gatvės. Personalas puikus, aptarnavimas taip pat, tik gal reiktų šiek tiek "atšviežinti" vidaus apdailą, patalynę, rankšluoščius. Vieta gera gyventi ir poilsiauti, vidiniame kiemelyje galima mėgautis saule ir ežeru. Yra mašinų stovęjimo aikštelė. Taip pat patogu keliauti į artimiausias turistų lankytinas vietas: kalnus, krioklius. Į Zell am see galima važiuoti iš abiejų ežero pusių, iš vienos pusės važiuojant galima apsipirkti, įsipilti degalu, nusiplauti mašiną ir gauti kitų paslaugų. Iš kitos pusės nėra jokios mašinų spūsties.

The place is completely renovated and looks great I think I am the first person to live in it, the owner is really special and everything is available from kitchen and barbecue utensils. The view is really indescribable and I look forward to returning to it soon
